Three rooms in spacious 5 bedroom Costa Mesa house, 2 full modern bathrooms, and kitchen, large open lounge and dining areas, fully furnished with furniture, Internet, High Definition widescreen smart TV, and a large double garage and storage areas. The house comes with a beautiful patio, BBQ, garden, and fruit trees. The bedrooms are of good sizes (150 sq. ft plus). You are sharing with a family of four. Husband and wife are 40 years old environmental and financial professionals and two kids 15 and 12 years old who go to school every day and in bed by 8.30 pm. House is quiet and in a safe, friendly, and beautiful neighborhood, 2 minutes walk to bus stops, 5 minutes to shops, 10-15 minutes drive to Newport Beach to Huntington Beach, and immediate access to freeways (1-minute drive and you are on the freeway), South Coast Plaza, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Santa Ana, Irvine are close by. It is within walking distance to Orange Coast College, Whittier Law School, National University, The Art Institute, a short bicycle ride to Vanguard University, and 10-minute drive to UC Irvine. There are frequent buses to Newport Beach and South Coast Plaza and John Wayne Airport nearby. We look for guests who: - Are not smokers/ users of any drugs/prescribed chronic medications - Are quiet, responsible, clean, and respectful. - Have no pets - Acceptable to sharing two bathrooms. Guests need to provide copies of their passport/driver's licence and verifiable references.
