Pros (+) Bed was amazing, staff was very accommodating. Hotel overall was clean.
Cons (-) The parking garage destroyed the undercarriage of our car. Ramps are super steep. We didn't even go out for food because we were scared of more damage. They have to adjust with more concrete to level it out or rebuild.

Pros (+) New hotel, well-designed rooms for extended stay, nice Bistro for grabbing quick meals or a Starbucks coffee, friendly staff, nice exercise room and great location near shopping and easy access to I-10.

Pros (+) The person at the reception desk, Mary, was amazing. She helped get us a free shuttle to dinner as well as to the airport. She also helped us prep some luggage that needed duct tape and was really nice.

Pros (+) Great staff - helpful and friendly. Location is pretty close to the airport, so as long as you have a rental car (and it's hard to not have one in El Paso), it's pretty convenient.
Cons (-) Even with the a/c set to 60 during a cool night, my room never got below 72. Like other Courtyard properties, breakfast is not included. The breakfast is a bit pricey, but the food is decent.
