Pros (+) After my initial stay and review, I was contacted almost instantly by a member of the hotel staff who worked hard to address my complaints and I decided to give them another chance the following week and the service was much improved. Cons (-) Nearly everything. When I arrived the check in clerk was rude and didn't speak any english. First he said he couldn't find my reservation then when he finally found it he said it wasn't prepaid which it was and I had the receipt. I then relented and gave him my card which needed swiping but he insisted on punching in which would show up as a tele charge, of course that didn't work so I called rese...
