Pros (+) Staff was excellent. So pleasant and attending to very wish. Wendy, the maid, and the staff at breakfast were charming and helpful. In particular, the desk staff was knowledgeable and with Sergio to see every day.

Pros (+) Hotel has a nice small pool and spa. Room was larger and more spacious than we expected. Staff was pleasant and courteous.
Cons (-) Hotel is some far from the old town. Needed to take a taxi/Uber to get there. Hotel located in a congested area

Pros (+) Very helpful and professional staff at check-in counter. Great full breakfast offered was a real plus. Nice amenities, specifically the pool area and exercise room, internet in lobby appreciated. Nice rooms (but a little bare, could use a few pictures of Panama - old town, nature areas).
