It was in walking distance of my conference hotel. I enjoyed having a fitness space that had free weights and a concept2 rower.

Its very new , amazingly clean and very well run. The location was perfect for us. The only downside is the garage which is a joke. Incredibly tight, too few spaces and dangerous to navigate. They really blew it here.

I’m titanium with a Marriott never knowledge as one, no free coffee in lobby or grab and go food items. Staff at desk ok, bistro staff nice the whole key thing to get in building pain, sat there looking for key as security guy sat on his phone and didn’t offer to help or open door to see if I needed help. Just all over ok!

Pros (+) The rooms are spacious and very clean

Cons (-) I wasn’t so fond of the location at night, it was very scary especially because we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel . It’s not the safest area.

Pros (+) It was clean the bed was comfortable didn’t spend alot of time there so I can’t really speak to anything else

Cons (-) For the price I would have expected more the elavators were slow, shaken and there is no indicator that the elavator is being called till it shows up.

Pros (+) I can't think of a better location to stay in Seattle. We were walking distance to Pike's Market, the ferries, restaurants. It was a bit tricky to navigate the public transit system. Still, the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and cordial. The rooms were of a good size, and I'd recommend the upgrade to a bay view: lovely views of the ferries and sunsets.

Pros (+) I liked the view, the customer service in the front desk. Easy to get around for the location of the hotel with near by stores. Hotel was very clean.

Cons (-) Unaware of the 27 dollar parking fee. Would appreciate if they told us ahead of time about the fee, which wasn't a problem, but wasn't expecting the surprise because it wasn't stated when I booked my reservation online.
