Pros (+) Staff could not have been more helpful. Dry cleaning service fast and inexpensive. Excellent Breakfast and Bar menus. Good Bar.
Cons (-) The rooms on the side of the building facing 95 are not well insulated from traffic noise.

Pros (+) Location was close to the ampitheater. We were in town for a concert.
Cons (-) The hotel layout was fine but the halls smelled musty and were extremely warm. The room was roomy but the mattresses were thin and lumpy as were the pillows. The bathroom was not especially clean and there were hairs on the floor upon check in. It was a one night stay so it did the trick but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.

Cons (-) Cleaning staff needs more help! All towels were not available daily Food prices to expensive and there was no bar or food at night. Bathrooms need to be updated!

Pros (+) Extremely courteous and helpful every time I needed help from the staff ( for example when getting my room key reprogrammed every so often).
Cons (-) The room keys have an incredible tendency to lose the programming whenever in a close proximity of your phone or any other magnetic type item. This was pretty annoying but quickly resolved at the desk.

Cons (-) It is not the easiest hotel to find and it is in an out of the way location for the casual traveler.

Pros (+) The driver take me to get something to eat Take me to and pick me up from my run and to letting me check out a bit late that was a great help

Pros (+) I love the location of the room. I relieved a text prior to my arrival of what was important to me and o chose the quietness of the room. Well, it was perfect and very quiet. The size of the room was good.
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable.
