Overall nice, but no hot water, no shampoo and a broken hair dryer made for an unpleasant experience.

elevator was broken every day and one day both were down tv channel choices were pretty bad super clean and great bathroom facility nice and quiet hot breakfast was very good with good protein and fruit choices cookies in the evening was a nice touch would've been helpful to have some good resatuarant recommendations The list i was given was out of date

Pros (+) Hampton Inn beds are the most comfortable hotel beds for me my wife.
Cons (-) Was a bit more than we usually pay to stay.

Pros (+) I have no serious complaints about the hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. The free breakfast was pretty extensive.
Cons (-) I found it a little expensive for not being a luxury hotel (but then again, West Palm tends to be pricey.) The pillows also looked really fluffy, but once I put my head on them, they flattened like pancakes! Woke up with a neck ache.
