Horrible experience! They did not have the car type I reserved and sent me to the airport, rather than make the call for me. I went to the airport where promised me they could get a minivan but that I would have to pay a higher rate. "We'll honor your reservation, but you'll have to pay today's price instead of the price we agreed when you reserved the minivan."Cons:
Actually having the car I reserved and then not trying to extort me for an unagreed price.Budget

There was no car there when I arrived. I had to cancel the rental. They didn’t have a number to contact me. Why wouldn’t that be coordinated? I booked through you and gave you my number. Why couldn’t someone tell me not to waste my time? I could’ve rented another car in a timely manor8.4 Very good

Pros:
My computer defaulted to different date on the reservation and it was a holidayb weekend. The guys found me a car and got me going right away. I was able to return it after hours and what could have been a disister became a great experience.Cons:

Driving a hybrid was fun. It had pick up which I thought that it would lack. I enjoyed driving this little Ford.Cons:
When they first gave me a car, it had no bluetooth compatibility. Since the states that I was traveling through require hands-free, it didn't make any sense. They did switch out the car (after I complained) for an older model that had bluetooth. Though the car had 21,000 miles it was clean and drove well.Hertz

I ordered a Van. They upgraded me to a Ford Explorer, which was very nice. The guys had a great personalityCons:
They gave me a free tank of gas, which was not a free tank of gas at all. They expected me to drive around and return on E. They didn’t explain how to use or not use the expass. The car was not clean. Food, clothes and shoes were left in the car.8.0 Very good

The pick up and people in Annapolis were fantastic and beyond helpful. That is the only reason I would ever use hertz or suggest using hertz to anyone else.Cons:
There is nothing I can say I didn't like about Annapolis besides their heat wasn't working. Maybe look into upgrading that building for your employees.2.0 Poor
