Cons:
I had plans to take a group of ten people to celebrate a birthday. When I went to get my vehicle they said they’d called the day before to confirm and left a message. Because I didn’t answer the phone they gave my vehicle to someone else. They should just take a deposit from people. Then they would still get their money. I checked my messages and missed calls and had not received either. Very poor business practice.10.0 Wonderful

Counter opened a little earlier than 9AM.Cons:
Vehicle was filthy and definitely not sanitized! Would not go over 70MPH, making passing on I-95 nearly impossible and definitely dangerous.10.0 Wonderful

Woodbridge drop location poor customer service as well Hertz need to give customer service traning at least rental counter persons. No receipt as usual printer not working...... No courtesy ride to home......... I am Enterprise regulator customer first time at Hertz and bad experienceCons:

When I explained the problems, I was asked if I told Hertz at Bradley airport that the car was dirty (trunk area where luggage would go covered in some sticky stuff) to which I replied that I learned it was dirty after starting my trip.
