The location of the hotel was great for what we had planned for the weekend. The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant food and drinks were very good.
The hotel has two parking options; $30 valet parking per day or $18 self parking. Valet parking allow guest to go in and out with no additional charge. Guest who self park must pay $18 each time they leave and return. Also, there is a fee for internet.
Booked room through a 3rd party and the reservation never made it to the Marriott. Called the 3rd party, who got with the Room Director at our location and within an hour, we had a room. Staff was very accommodating and friendly!
Nothing, everything was near perfection. We had a concert to attend at AA Center and when I booked the room, it said it was about 1 mile away which was not true. Had to take the train but it was cheap enough.
The staff was amazing, quick and very welcoming! The lady in the morning made an excellent iced coffee!
Lack of convince in the area. A lot of the stores and restaurants were closed on the weekends (Not just the ones in the Plaza. Kinda a bummer.)
Lobby was nice
No parking other than valet. The lot across the street tows after 3A.M. Room was adequate but nothing special. The food court attached to the hotel was basically closed when we checked in at 4:30.
Very clean and modern rooms. Lots of space, outlets, and nice fixtures.
The bellhop that came to take our bags on the cart was not friendly at all and would not speak to us. The valet who brought one of our vehicles out did not know how to drive standard and almost caused thousands of $ in damage.
