Cons. We liked it overall. Just had a few rough patches at the beginning when they had problems finding our resevation and then when she asked if we wanted double beds then gave us keys to a single bed.
Pros. Was a very convenient location, short uber rides to deep ellum. Spacious, clean room. Beautiful place. Loved it
Pros. The room was fantastic, and everything was clean. The hotel employees were nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. Also I’ve seen the complaints of being charged for parking. We were not charged once and the gates were always up. Hopefully that’s a permanent thing. There’s nothing worse than a hotel that charges for parking.
