Pros. Had excellent service checking in. He was friendly and efficient. Got to our room and it was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent! Had a wonderful nights sleep!
Cons. The room was a bit stuffy. Tried lowering the heat, but it stayed at 77 degrees. Didn’t want to turn on the a/c since it was 40 degrees outside. And the bathroom door was a bit inconvenient.
Pros. The price was okay and location. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons. There were two dead beetles on the floor, as well as wrappers, crumbs, and a bandaid. The staff wasn't very happy to check us in - acted like it was very inconvenient and mumbled about it unhappily. The bathtub had red stains that looked like blood or rust.

Cons. They staff was rude and not helpful. They charged my card for more than they were suppose too. It was a horrible experience all around from check in to check out. Which at check out she went to check the room to make sure we didn't "smoke" before they would refund the 100 deposit...I wouldn't have a problem with them checking if they would have just said hey I need to check it instead of walking away from me without saying anything and I could clearly see her going to the room to check...it was just plain rude and disrespectful

Cons. everything was fine, bathroom door should have been wiped down, you could see dirt from when they remodeled the bathroom. kind of picky, but they put 6 small pillows on the bed to sleep on, 2 large pillows would have been better, all those pillows kept getting in the way, and they were small 12x12.......
