Great, spacious room. Modern apartment feel but motel price. Staff is excellent but the 2 problems i had was u cant prepay online & bugs... ROACHES ACTUALLY. LOTS of them. Finally it was pest control who explained 2 me why this was happening. It all boiled down 2 the residents who stayed for extensive time periods & were not just lacking cleanliness but downright disgusting. Like specifically he spoke of a few rooms being so dirty it posed as an actual "health & sanitary concern" To the hotel & all the guests within it. At the end of the day, I really like this hotel & i wish theyd fix this "pesky problem" But nonetheless a WAY BETTER OPTION than 90% of the hotels anywhere else.
It was a great price, so I expected a standard small room- I opened the door and it was a suite. It had a living room with a good sized flat screen TV, couch, and chair, with a kitchenette. The bed was big and comfy, ac worked great, and the shower had good water pressure.
The only negative thing that I could possibly say is I needed ice, and the room where the ice maker is was locked and nobody was in the office when I went to ask about it. It was pretty late since we had gone to a concert that night, so I wasn't too upset about it.
Friendly people at the counter
They need to upgrade the rooms as to, new draperies (curtains) bedding is old fashion. My bathroom door didn’t close properly. Inconvenient but not their fault as to no food places close by you have to drive to get to any food eatery. But it was a good place to lounge and lay your head at night.
The room was amazing
