Was able to drop off vehicle at airport instead of pick-up location, which was unsupervised for day/time of drop/off.Cons:
Staff ok. Vehicle not ready for pick-up time. Fuel tank not full. Exterior not properly cleaned. Don't like dropping off at day/time needed at an unsupervised location.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I really enjoyed the Ford Mustang convertable and had a blast driving it. this was my first rental and it made the perfect getaway car. The inside was very clean and neat so props for that I did have to take it to a car wash because the outside was pretty gross with dust and water spots but that could have been just the weather and out of the companystuff control.Cons:
My issue is with the pickup place. First off when I walked up to the desk to pick up the lady walked away for 30 mins. Secondly, When I called to make the reservation I asked for the insurance to be placed on the car which was totally ignored and I had to remind them I had asked for the insurance I also asked for the gasservice peace of mind because I knew I wouldn't be able to fill it up due to my need to catch a flight the next morning after our wedding. This request was also ignored and I found out at the airport drop off that I now had to pay $75 or miss my flight to go get gas. Very upset and will call customer service as soon as we get back from our honeymoon.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
When we Picked up the car the right front tire Air pressure was only at 25 pounds per square inch. We were told to take the car to fire stone on Siegen Lane and have the car repaired. We did so only defined on our trip that fire stone had done nothing to solve the problem. So every day on our vacation we started out finding a gas station to put air in the right front tire.8.0 Very good
