Cons: First, reservation sent me to a closed location. It had been closed for some time due to flooding.
Second, waited almost an hour for my car after getting contract.
Third, car was filthy inside. The upholstery was stained and soaking wet.

Lost My Reservation
Cons: We got to the counter and they said they did not have our reservation. Ended up costing us three times as much.

Enterprise here I come!
Pros: Comfortable ride.
Good customer service.
Pick up and drop off was easy.
Cons: Rented car to go to wedding in New Orleans. Car was dirty on the outside and filthy on the inside. Complained to customer desk and they said that was not uncommon. After picking up the car and going to a car wash to wash and clean the filth inside I noted the inspection sticker was expired. That ticket would have been on me for not reviewing everything about the car before leaving... Will go to another rental company next time if this was a common practice to not clean vehicles before rental.

Pros: Worker's at the picku up site were very friendly and efficient.
Pros: I really enjoyed the Ford Mustang convertable and had a blast driving it. this was my first rental and it made the perfect getaway car. The inside was very clean and neat so props for that I did have to take it to a car wash because the outside was pretty gross with dust and water spots but that could have been just the weather and out of the companystuff control.
Cons: My issue is with the pickup place. First off when I walked up to the desk to pick up the lady walked away for 30 mins. Secondly, When I called to make the reservation I asked for the insurance to be placed on the car which was totally ignored and I had to remind them I had asked for the insurance I also asked for the gasservice peace of mind because I knew I wouldn't be able to fill it up due to my need to catch a flight the next morning after our wedding. This request was also ignored and I found out at the airport drop off that I now had to pay $75 or miss my flight to go get gas. Very upset and will call customer service as soon as we get back from our honeymoon.
