Cons (-) Took an hour for the guy at the front desk to find one of the two reservations. Instead of apologizing and saying that he couldn't find it, he insisted that I had only made one reservation even though he saw the confirmation emails. He was the rudest most condescending person I have ever spoken with. The rooms were dirty. The "breakfast" was coffee and bread.

Parking was smaller and crowded and barely and spots left for guests. Lady who gave us a key had to switch us to a different room cause the key would open the door 3 times. Cons (-) This was a horrible hotel. It was filthy. There were hairs from the past guest in the bed and tub. We had to take the bed apart so we could fix the frame so the bed wouldnt bang every time we moved. The carpet was sticky. The chair arms were filthy. JUST GROSS all the way around!!
Pros (+) I liked how big the rooms were & the set up of the room & I defiantly liked the location because it's nice & close to the freeway entrances & close to the des Moines marina.
Cons (-) I didn't like the tv because it was really small & really old & basically just a piece of junk & basically I would like it if they could update the hole room. Don't get me wrong I like the rooms overall but they could use some updating.
