Car was supposed to be ready for me when I got to the lot. I had to go to the counter. Rep informed me I could not use AAA and I had to buy roadside assistance at a significant uncharge. Return there was no service until a parking lot guy told me to just leave it after 15 minutes of waiting and told me they'd send a bill. It wasn't really great.Reviewed Feb 28 2026

Completely disappointing. When I arrived at the Dollar pick up spot, there was a long line Z. People said they had been waiting for more than an hour, and still only halfway through. I walked over to Budget. There was no one in line. Rented a car in minutes and was on my way, for $80 more. Good riddance to Dollar.Reviewed Feb 24 2026

My experience was terrible I had to carry my dog and luggage each way from CBX after waiting for nearly 30 minutes ( way slow) to be assisted by someone that was not customer service oriented didn’t speak English fluently to be told they could take my debit card!!!
