Cons:Customer service at the booth was horrible.
Pros:Pick up and drop off were very quick and easy.
Cons:The car wasn't clean in the back seat. Lots of additional fees.
Cons:Charged $40 for tolls pass when could paid cash. Employee told me there were no cash tolls and a $15 charge per toll if I didn't purchase the pass. Every toll I went thru had choice for cash. The deception by dollar employee caused me to make a decision out of fear. I only used the pass for maybe $20. That was wrong to mislead customers that don't have the knowledge on the toll issue until after leaving airport with the already paid car rental. I feel strongly that the $40 charge be reversed after the deception

Pros:The lady completing my reservation did an excellent job and was friendly.
Cons:The guy who was sitting in the office after you made your reservation to pick up the car, was unprofessional and should have been in no way working with customers. He paid little to no attention to me and was more focused on the other female employee working in the office next to him.
Pros:Great customerservice and located in the airport at Orlando..did not have to take a shuttle off site
