Cons:Hidden fees. Nearly doubled the cost. Representative at airport tried to convince me that the car I reserved wasn’t good enough so that I would pay more for a larger car. I have no trust in this company after this experience. I will be pursuing refund. Legal action if necessary.

Cons:I somehow booked the car at a location not at the Orlando airport. When I arrived at the airport rental counter, they informed me of my mistake and were not helpful at all. The first woman just said, I guess you will have to get a taxi to the other location. That was not satisfactory to me, so she just gave me a handout with the corporate number and told me to call them because there was nothing she could do. I called corporate and was told that the manager at the Airport Hertz rental counter could assist me. When I asked for the Hertz manager, I was told he was not available and I could wait. Well, I waited and then spoke with another woman, Margarita. Finally I started getting some help. She called a manager and worked with me to get my reservation switched to the airport location for the same price plus airport taxes of $48. Honestly, Margarita was amazing. The other two women I spoke with were rude and unhelpful and I was on the verge of tears by the time I actually got some help. Bottom line, I am going to be much more careful in the future about where I book my rental car!

Cons:I chose pick up at the terminal within the airport. My reservation was for an offsite Hertz. I had to take a $50 taxi to pick it up. The car smelled like smoke.

Cons:This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. rented the car for eight days and couldn't use it for two of them because the pickup location was closed. When I rented online I said my flight arrived after 1pm.The store closed at 1pm on Saturday.I had to return monday morning. I incurred Lyft charges totaling $91. I paid for two days rental that I couldn't use. I tried calling Hertz and they refused to help.
