Pros:I was able to drop the car off in Bucharest city rather than the airport.
Cons:Asked to pick up car from the city at 11am. Arrived and nobody was there. Called the number at the desk and no answer. Waited an hour before deciding to go to the airport to get a car from another company. Found the company at the airport and they said they had the order but they didn't know where the pick up point was. Had to pay almost double what kayak/dollar quoted. Had to pay an additional insurance as they didn't recognise the insurance booked on kayak/dollar. If I didn't have a Romanian friend I believe it would have been a disastrous trip. Foreigners avoid booking here!!!
