Pros:About as much as a car rental can offer
Cons:It’s the first of January. Already handed the car! These guys are still holding a security deposit of 2000!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
Cons:There are no sign anywhere for the car park. When you park the car there is no office to return the car nor a sign as to where to go. I discover that i need to walk to the arrival terminal and there look for Hertz.
Cons:When I called Dollar from the US to ask whether I could take the car into Ukraine and Belarus I was yes. When I got to the the Ukrainian border, the agent called Dollar/Thrifty at the Warsaw airport where I had picked up the car to confirm that I could take the car into the Ukraine. They were told no, that Thrifty did not allow it. I had to drive the car all the way back to the Warsaw airport and take a train instead. I was also charged for the entire 18 day reservation rather than the 6 days I had actually used it.
