room smelt like cigarettes room was wore down
Was there for a volleyball tryout and the my grand daughter and I loved it. Would stay there again
Liked that breakfast was included and the price was right. We were given room on floor where remodeling construction was going on and it was very noisy. Requested room change following day and second room was perfect.
La Quinta Inn was recently remodeled with work still being done in the lobby area. Rooms were really nice. Price included breakfast, parking and internet. Great location in Dublin, CA. Will stay there again and considerably cheaper than hotels near Oakland/SF. I'm sure once all the renovation is complete, there will be less noise and much more comfortable. All in all...can't beat it.
We got bed bugs. End of story
The website indicated there was a refrigerator in every room and there is not. The guest book indicated you can get one for an additional fee. Also, there is 1 bank of elevators that is for an extended building. Kind of awkward and inconvenient. See above
Location was nice close to restaurants and shopping The bed wasn't too comfortable . Also there were used towels laying around the pool area from earlier in the day. No complimentary breakfast for guest.
Room was clean. Wall heater/Airconditioner was not plugged in to the wall. Where the plug should have been was a block off plate. Also the GFI electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. Had to plug my shaver in out at the bed. They knew the ac/heater was not going to work and removed the wall plug. And rented the room anyway.
Soft bed Reserved 2 double beds for our family of 4. On arrival only a king handicapped room was available. We were told we would have a king bed, a pull out sofa, and a roll away. There was no sofa. That was too squishy for 4 people. Can't get a mimosa or Bloody Mary on Sunday morning. The bar in a sold out hotel wasn't open.
Gym awesome pool nice set up
Arrived early and was able to get an express checkin. Nothing.
Decent bathroom amenities, mostly quiet hotel and seems very well run. Outstanding complete hot and fresh breakfast, delicious coffee, a television I could understand how to work, ample parking, excellent security. The wall behind my headboard of Room 331 started humming like an idling vehicle with varying levels of loudness and intensity at 2 am and continued until 7 am. We overslept because of it. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk upon chec- out, she was very polite in thanking me for reporting it and seeing to having someone go check it out. I think I should have been offered something more, though, as an appeasement such as a free dessert or beverage or some additional showing that they cared about my lost sleep.
Always a very good experience. Always very good service.
The hotel itself didn't have a very pleasant smell on the third floor, it was very disturbing the entire 3-4 days.
I loved it! So clean and the staff was accommodating and courteous! The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and I didn't want to leave. Fantastic hotel!
Amenities, front desk staff. Housekeeping vacuumed hallways and knocked on doors prior to 8:30 AM. One housekeeper walked in on my wife without knocking because they saw me taking bags to the car. I presume she thought I checked out. Please still knock.
The hotel maintains a high standard for excellence
The hotel location was the best part. It was close to many shopping areas. Noise and the maintenance going on during are stay.
We asked for extra pillows and they were quickly brought right up to our room.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower was difficult to work. And I was placed near the elevator and could hear people walking back and forth all night...granted it was a Saturday night.
Modern, large bedrooms, free parking, excellent staff There can be residual noise in some rooms from Freeway, also from outside a/c units
The gym. Loud bathroom fan kept me from sleeping. Elevators were out of service all. Vomit in front of hotel enterance. Fight broke out Saturday. Fire alarm going off at 1AM Checked out the hotel early because wasn't able to relax.
good room and quality bed/bath freeway noise
Cookies Need complimentary breakfast

Nice TV and good prices Bed not as comfy as other 3 1/2 star hotels, pillows not as comfy as Marriott and couldn't offer us good late check out time
the unfriendly manager
The hotel is located on Hopyard which is one of main roads through Pleasanton. Easy access to restaurants, Starbucks, freeway, etc. We had come down for a weekend to go to the 49'ers game and visit friends. Worked out very well. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very accommodating.
The price Nothing
Location (near a softball tournament venue) and easy access to freeway and restaurants. Price was great. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Grown-ups loved the lounge seating in the courtyard. Breakfast took a very long time and seemed fairly chaotic. The food was good once it came out, but getting a group through in a reasonable time didn't happen. Room air conditioning cycled on/off at night making for a hot/cool, hot/cool night of sleep.
it was a nice room I like the fact it had a balcony I found an earring in one of the drawers which question the cleanliness and I found a dog treat in the room on the floor and I did not bring a dog. the workout facilities were nice and I enjoyed the friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again no questions asked I didn't like the fact that the room was not 100% clean it was 99 percent clean other than that it was a beautiful place to stay very quiet and peaceful
Staff Location (right across from the mall) Exec lounge To be a truly 5 star, you need microwaves & fridges in the room
clean, quiet, close to amenities
Great location, staff, cleanliness. It appears to a little tired (scrapes on walls, wood, etc). A little paint and stain should fix it. The club room was not available to me because of my level.the club room shoul available to all levels.
The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. Free wifi I was shocked to pay $250/night for Pleasanton, CA --- maybe that is the going rate for a weeknight there, but I can't see why. The room was small, no free breakfast, no frills at all---- no fridge, the building & it's decor looks to be about 30 years old. No 24 hour room service. I once stayed at Sheraton in San Diego with beautiful rooms & warm cookies at the front desk, and expected a similar experience. A recent trip to the HYATT and I was impressed to have lots of channels on my TV including HBO but Sheraton didn't have too many channels either.
Everything was great
The free coffee and snacks The very thin walls. Should be sound proof, I had a hard time sleeping because of loud neighbors, people were loud in hallways & the noise from the hallway.
The balconies! The arrangement of the rooms was great, the beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was excellent, better than most hotel fare.
Very clean and well run. Pleasant staff. Easy to access from freway. Nice area. Too expensive-that far out of the city should decrease the price. Too modern-Sheraton tries too hard to be edgy and modern which means it loses a bit in hominess. Bed was comfortable but room overall felt a little stiff and unwelcoming. Also didn't like that hotel is disconnected buildings. It meant a long walk outside to my room even once I was in the hotel.
Just needed a place close to news years party. It was convenient and very quiet. Front counter person very friendly and helpful. Switched me to a more quiet location and into a room with a single bed since I was by myself.
We loved The Rose Hotel. Staff was so welcoming. The lobby and rooms were so clean and always smelled wonderful. This hotel was like a home away from home. The hotel room could use a microwave and mini fridge.
Wonderful very cute hotel. Everything was first class and clearly thought out from the breakfast to the room. Every small detail. the GM was so welcoming - we'll definitely be back next year for Thanksgiving or anytime we're in the East Bay.
The room was very spacious and all details were considered. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, lovely breakfast, and nice bar in the lobby.
It was very charming and romantic and breakfast was as nice as can be without cooking facilities. The woman at check-in was not well trained, not personable, not friendly, not helpful. The 'jet tub' did not allow the mixing of air, an essential element to the jet tub experience without which a 'jet tub' is really just a 'water moves around' tub.
very classy nothing
Top notch in almost every way! I brought a sweet gal who some might call picky and she was pleased with the whole experience and found the setting just gorgeous and relaxing. Breakfast was innovative and excellent with very healthy and other options! The jet tub: 1) the water plug was faulty so water emptied from the tub very quickly; 2) no working ability to mix air. The staff let me use another room, but no air mixing there either. They did try...I'm a tubber so this was important to me!

Front Desk Aaron and Kevin were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean, has a coin operated laundry facility. First 2 nights, TV wasn't working. Took so much walk to the front desk to ask for one. The manager (yes the manager) was not of help at all. All he could do is nod and nod. Nothing else. No public restroom (fyi).
When we arrived there was no one around to check us in. The lobby was full of people waiting and it took 15 minutes for someone from the back room to open the door and see the lobby full. They then said we will be right with you and left again. Very unprofessional for the hospitality business. When we finally did get to our room the AC/heater was broken and only one window was not broken. It also had the stove and sink but no supplies to go with using any of it. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Location, price
Centrally and convenient located. Nicely decorated room.
Great bed and in the right location. Easy to find. Good lighting and clean. Nothing
Price Value Staff Look of rooms Area
Location Bed was lumpy. Tile grout was dirty. Bottom of bathroom door was rotted. Air conditioner was loud...etc
The first room we were given had a foul smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were quickly given a different room upon calling the front desk, which I greatly appreciate.
Uncomfortable bed Needing repairs - ie. Door/deadbolt difficult to secure or enter
Overall a good experience, clean, well run. Heater / air conditioner is loud, noisy, interrupting sleep
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. N/a
Nice room and breakfast Odd location
Check in was easy. Breakfast was great. Staff was fantastic. Room smelled and looked extremely clean.
Clean, courteous staff, comfortable and value. N/A
The food options and the service I received from the chef were excellent. I would suggest having bottle openers available in the rooms since beers are sold in the hotel. Or sell beers with twist off caps. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I left an electronic device in my room. Within 15 minutes of checking out I called and notified the lady at the front desk who assured me that housekeeping hadn't been in the room yet and she would call right away to ensure they pick it up. When I arrived 3 days later to pick up the item from the front desk, they had heard nothing about the situation and in fact housekeeping said they never found the item and so it was probably sent out with the laundry. I had to leave and wait for a second investigation at which point my device was found. All in all I found the staff to be unreliable and untrustworthy as they did not follow up on my concerns and did not call back when they said they would call back. I had to get upset at the front desk in person before someone took me seriously,
location ease to fine free breakfast. sofa bed. i need it to upgrade to a 2 bed with a sofa bad, the staff told me they did not have room with 2 beds.
Everyone was really helpful Showers aren't a fancy as others I've stayed at for the same price
The size of the room was good. The common area was nice. The location was good. The room was quiet at night. The 'full' kitchen contains a stovetop and microwave, but no oven. The front desk person was not very helpful.
What a treat this Marriott Residence Inn was. Completely and beautifully renovated to include flat screen TV's. Very quiet although located close to the major highway. A running/walking path is adjacent to thje property. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast room will get you going with a wide variety of choices.
Apparently extended has started to book the public without a smoke/nonsmoking screening so that if you arrive you can get your very own and that can say 'you did not book non-smoking' so there. This of course signals the end of any future business for me and pretty anyone assigned a smoking parkour for a bedroom. To his credit the concierge was understanding and let us out of the room after we arrived after six pm. This and you now have to orde kitchen gear brought to your empty kitchen. Poor guy. The above.
