Cons: Limited wi fi. No snacks. Refrigerator sounded like a coffee pot brewing. It was next to the headboard. City view was an old house and a big hospital
9.7 Excellent
Pros: My partner was having surgery across the street at Baystate Medical Center, and it was so nice to have a nice place to relax in and not worry about being too far away. It was clean and beautiful, and the staff was really wonderful. Homemade breakfast was amazing, and for folks who can't stick around for it, there's a breakfast bar set up that's better than what you'd find at many other places (including gluten free options).
Cons: My room (Global Fusion) was cold; that was not a problem elsewhere in the inn, and they provided a space heater that solved the problem. Just a warning to others who may get cold that they may want to choose a different room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor of the bed-and-breakfast was unique and gorgeous. extremely friendly people. Delicious breakfast. Worth every penny.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Marci, who prepared our breakfast, was delightful! I had to leave earlier than expected, before the posted 8:30 a.m. start time for breakfast, but she quickly handed me a plate of bacon, eggs, a slice of the blueberry casserole with sweet cream atop. Roger showed us to our room, helped with our bags, and demonstrated the wicked cool entry system. Big comfortable bed, big TV, large and clean bathroom. Definitely worth the price.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Myself and my parents made a last minute reservation here while passing through the state. The room we stayed in was so comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal! We had banana foster with eggs and bacon and we were each served a plate individually. It was impossible to get locked out because we didn't need pesky keys or cards! Everything was done through an electric lock pad and the password is your own phone number! So simple!
Cons: The only downside to the room was the thin walls. Guests definitely need to use a hushed tone if discussing something private in one of these rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant stay & wonderful breakfast! If possible we would love to stay at Naomi’s again.

5.8 Okay
Pros: It was clean and a whole house. Although, the owner said something rather concerning. “you are the only ones here so you have the whole place to yourselves” we couldn’t figure out what that meant. Creeped us out.
Cons: It’s in the heart of a not great area.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a good experience for our family. we went there for my daughter's college graduation. It was much better than i expect. The hostel is dedicated to only one team and space for whole house and there are no other room or guest. The hostess is kind and the facility is a luxury hotel. All the kitchen facilities are fully equipped. Except for gas. 2 bed room 2 bath, 4 queen bed. I strongly recommend. The only downside to a somewhat distant from the downtown street.

Pros: Staff was very nice!! Margarita en front desk was specially nice!
Cons: Would like food delivery choices.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, great location to many restaurants and shops. Great valet parking and onsite bar/breakfast voucher.
Cons: I booked a deluxe king room for my girl friends birthday as a surprise. The booking pictures showed a fire place. The room we were given after checking in had a queen or smaller. I called from the room to explain this wasn’t the room I had booked. A hotel rep came up within a few minutes with a new room key that turned out to be a room with a king bed but no fireplace which lead me to think that it was a standard king room. I was too tired and hot to press the representative on this and let it be. Hopefully there wasn’t a price difference.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We spend one night in this hotel while travelling in CT. Excellent hotel located in downtown Hartford within walking distance of major attractions. Fast check-in/check-out, polite staff, nice atmosphere. Our deluxe king room was spotless clean, with a modern design, and very pleasant. Spotless clean, modern bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. All expected amenities. Great tapas and drinks options at the bar on the premises (we have not tried the restaurant). Recommended!
Cons: The window faced a wall. Breakfast options: one voucher per room (regardless of the number of paying guests) for the coffee shop on the premises. Excellent coffee, nice pastries, and a few other bakery options but that was pretty much all you could choose for breakfast.
4.3 Okay
Cons: Roof was leaking, water dropping on my bed “Breakfast” is an $11 coupon in a cafe with very limited options

7.5 Good
Pros: My husband liked the room. We liked the bar staff. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was nice.
Cons: We paid $240. for our room and the air conditioner was positioned so it directly blew right into my face on my pillow the whole night. Very strange place to put an AC duct. I had to try and put a robe over the lampshade to help shield the ac draft. only 2 small windows in a large room. the delivery service that was recommended came and hour and 15 minutes late and we had to stay up until 3a,m to receive our food. not good.

6.3 Good
Pros: Staff were good and the location was very quiet. It was just over the bridge from Hartford, but only a 5-10 min walk away from the main city. Unfortunately we stayed on a Sunday, so Hartford was extremely quiet and I did feel a little unsafe trying to find a decent place to eat in town.
Cons: Room was a bit dark and dingy. While out of the way and quiet, it wasn’t in great area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Very polite very eager to help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I just love your rooms.
Cons: The big water stain on the ceiling in my room. That really need to be repaired. Also, the hall to my room the wall was coming apart. It look like it could have been water damage.

Pros: Loved the staff, everybody we had a chance to meet was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, more than enough choices, I'm a very picky (unfortunately) eater and don't eat lots of things, but this breakfast was just perfect. Room was clean and decent size, we had everything we needed.
Cons: Pool... We actually chose this hotel because of the pool but didn't have a chance to use it. Dozens of children jumping and peeing into the pool. I tried to swim there for a couple of minutes and now I'll have to throw away my swimsuit. It smells horrible.

Cons: At the end of our stay there were some problems with the final bill, but the staff was helpful finding a solution. The air conditioning was a bit loud in our room. We don´t have an air conditioner at home in Germany that is why we are not used to such noise.

Pros: I liked the breakfast; the choices, the quality, the temperatures. I appreciated that the hallways and elevators were clean. The front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful. After watching CNN on Saturday morning, I asked if another channel could be on the TV on Sunday morning. Anticipating it would be a news station such as Fox News, I was disappointed to see a sports channel showing. But then again, I didn't request a particular kind of channel, just a different one.

Pros: Very friendly staff .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very clean, very well furnished and no problem running the remote to the TV. It was close to our destination, close to shopping the staff was wonderful
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like.

Pros: Was a quiet comfortable stay. Will stay here again on our next visit.
Cons: They need 2 waffle makers. Didn’t get my waffles to many people in line.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff
7.0 Good
Pros: room was ok but needed a little bigger fridge. Better m Microwaves other than that ok.
Cons: Room service wasn’t good I could never reach them phone was always busy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service and food
Cons: Everyone was friendly and helpful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was lovely - safe and easy to get around Hartford. Lots of kid-friendly eateries around. Breakfast included was great for the kids. It lacked variety and quality for adults, but was perfect for kids. I did not expect anything more out of the breakfast, honestly, but it is always nice to be pleasantly surprised.
Cons: The room was touted as appropriate for families - we have a family of 5 and the room had two double beds. That said, the room was compact with little wiggle room. We did not ask for an additional cot - there would have been nowhere to put it! The pool opened at nine AM but on our first day the kids arrived ready to swim at 9 only to be told they were doing maintenance on the pool and we would have to wait. Huge bummer for the kids which then threw our day off a bit. No refrigerator or microwave in the room - this is my fault for not checking, but it’s so common I just assumed. Also no bar in the hotel. Again, something I should have checked for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent
Cons: My first room was across from the gym and the guests began to open and shut the door at about 5:45. It was also close to the hotel laundry (or some kind of hotel work area) and there was alot of talking outside my door for a little while very early in the morning. The door made a loud click every time they closed. Maybe they could put some kind of soft close device on the doors. But everything else was wonderful. I was just looking forward to sleeping in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The salt water pool was warm enough for ME to swim at my daughter's birthday party.
Cons: No microwave in my room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So many breakfast choices, food items was great; the pillows was like laying my head on a cloud, the room was great with plenty of room, there was 3 extra outlet for electronic chargers right beside the bed, the bed was comfortable not to soft nor to hard, my 16 year old enjoyed the gym open 24 hours.
Cons: The pool hours closed earlier then i would have liked, we returned back from dinner & the pool was closed so we were not able to utilize that feature as we checked out the next day before the pool opened again. I struggled with the shower head in our room as i have extremely long hair & it took a while to wash all the soap out, it does have 3 different settings but neither setting worked to make it better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was excellent and they remembered us from last year
Cons: Nothing

Cons: No complaints.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location to local restaurants

Pros: Breakfast was good. Appreciated the gf bread. No taxis available for quite a while. Inconvenient!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and walking distance to downtown Hartford restaurants, theaters, bars, etc... Quality throughout.
Cons: Parking rates are a little high compared to alternative locations.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean... well staffed...
Cons: Pool spa bathroom should have shampoo/soap dispensers. Showers there not so great (pressure, temp and height of shower head)
6.8 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing
Cons: The parking is expensive and aggravating. Why was my parking not included in my reservation and why wasn't my key card what I use to get in and out?? Had to have my parking validated?? And pay cash for it because Im really going to carry cash on me in the middle of Hartford... Right.. But the other Marriott 2 minutes up the street included the parking and allowed the key card to be used for exiting. Made no sense at all. Craziest part of all is I swear when I checked in the guy said present my key card but later on the lady said otherwise. I know Im all over the place but this hotel really aggravated me. Ive paid less than half the price ($65 vs $160) for better quality! This place is severly over-rated. I'll stay at a Hilton anyday!

5.0 Okay
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, easy access to pkwy, polite check in staff
Cons: Basic room decor for 3 star hotel. Only one entrance through front lobby inconvenient to parking lot. Hotel wanted to charge $10 parking fee in parking lot without camera surveillance, at your own risk.Extremely loud housekeepers in hallways and rooms
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located off Route 91. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The room was well-appointed, including a refrigerator. The towels were large and thick. The staff members were pleasant. There were a good number of outlets and charging ports in the room.
Cons: Although the room was comfortably cool, the air conditioner didn't dehumidify the air. I suspect it hasn't for some time, as the carpet was damp. Ewww. The A/C vent blows across the head of the beds, meaning that we had cold damp air blowing in our faces all night. Poor design. Considering the cost of the room, I think breakfast should have been included.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The balcony.
Cons: Besides the internet not working, everything else was great.

Pros: Great price, friendly staff, pictures accurate from m website.
Cons: N/A
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are modern, roomy and comfortable.
Cons: My only compliant is that smokers outpost was directly outside my window so noise and smoke pollution was a very annoying issue until about 2 AM. Would advise moving it a little further down the path away from guests HVAC units.
7.5 Good
Pros: I honestly didn’t know how cozy the rooms were going to be, I was sad I wasn’t staying another night. The late checkout time was perfect, it allowed us to enjoy our hot breakfast and take our time packing.

Pros: Excellent hotel with the very clean and spacious room. The hot breakfast is pretty good with the plenty of variety. The front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: I'd give the hotel 10/10 if not about half of the TV channels are not HD.

6.0 Good
Pros: We came back at 2:30 to ready for evening event & our room hadn't been cleaned. They came up to clean it. Then about 1 hour later there were crashes in the hall. When I asked if something was wrong was told by staff that they were just doing their job
Cons: Should have been a nice stay, room even had a dishwasher & full sized fridge but were staff problems. Breakfast, which had all the right stuff was empty before 9 & was supposed to run til 9:30. Also, was charged an extra $10 for 2 beds. Disappointing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Full kitchen, spacious room and excellent breakfast included. Tub drain was a little slow, but staff quickly resolved the issue.
