The night club was so much fun!!!
Doesn't worth $600 for 2 nights.. you must pay for something that worth it. First of all beds are so old and rooms are not clean
Rooms show weariness
Terrible room in west tower, bathroom wouldn't lock, toilet didn't work all the time, and you could hear elevators running all night in the room that sounded like a loud roller coaster.
The Havana tower was all newly renovated and beautiful. It's farther to walk to the beach than the new section.
I always stay here when I'm in AC. it's close to the beach, has shopping and food options inside for the rainy days, its own movie theater and gym and three night clubs!! That the Night clubs are weekend only. so during the week you have to venture out to party.
Variety of activities and events, also plenty of restaurants that are themed around different ethnic groups. When I get to my room, it is handicapped designed. Windows so dirty I can't see out of. Nothing to control the climate of room. Water was scalding hot and no cold at all. The next day I was able to get another room.
Liked the location on the AC boardwalk. Knew it would be worth the cost Spacious rooms, clean, decor food
Leaving Smell of room, cheap amenities in room, inadiquit lighting in room
We stayed at Havana tower For 4 days with two queen bed, coffee maker, and a small refridge. New and clean room. We only wished there is a bathtub in the bathroom and a microwave oven in room. We wish there is a bathtub in the bathroom.
Shower was aweful! Poor water pressure! Beds were lovely!
Found one in our bed. Confirmed by security. Management gave us the runaround -- had to call three times to get someone with authority up to our room. Disgusting. Poorly handled.
There was mold in the shower. The front desk was unable to assist us in printing tickets for the beer festival, which was the rest for our stay. Was hugely dossapinted in the lack of progressionalism regarding no help with ticket printing... Overall cleanness was mediocre.
The pool after dark was very nice. Did not expect it to be so big. Nice hotel. I think if your a guest at the hotel you should get in to the pool after dark for free. Absolutely not enough towels took a hr to find 3 towels. I checked the hrs of the club online it stated 24 hrs on sat, we got kicked out at 4A.M. Concidering we had to pay for each person cant find towels we litterally jumped in and 10 min later got kicked out. As for the room i asked for the highest room posibble and i got the 4th floor. not happy at all about that! I asked for smoking it was non smoking. the bed sheets had stains on them.
Staff was fantastic both in friendliness and how accompanying they were towards guests. Very comfortable bed. Their regular rate was about the same as Borgata, which is infinitely superior. Room had a weird smell. Bathroom toilet was so low that I could barely use it, and the tub had cigarette burns everywhere.
Upgraded rooms are the way to go
After waiting on a long line to check in. We carried our luggage up to our room, unpacked and found a cigarette still in one of the ashtrays. I then checked the bedding and it looked dirty and slept on. Then I went into the bathroom and there were stains on the floor. I called the front desk and they said they would come change the sheets. After I got off the phone we found another guest's luggage by the front door. We were two young girls staying in the room. The luggage had the name of a man on it. The hotel gave us a room that someone else was staying in. We were frightened that this guest would come back to the room while we were still in there. We quickly packed our things and lugged them back down to the front desk. They gave us another room but that was not enough for all the trouble we had gone through
the rooms are spacious the staff are friendly. The buffet was awesome if you like crab legs mmmmmmm would go again. The only thing not expected was all the charges. Everything cost something (valet and pool accesss) and mold in the shower.
Small old room.
They have an indoor pool but very limited seating available unless you want to pay for it. We were at the pool by 10AM and there were no chairs available. For a resort that size, who charges a resort fee, the pool should be more accommodating.
1. The bed in the room are so bad, making noise and the mattress cauze a back pain. 2. Staff are not helpful and they just ignore you 3. There is nothing for the children to do even the pool they can't use and after all this they charge you resort fee. The hotel quality doesn't worth the money I paid. The parking are so expensive. More than NYC I would not stay in this hotel again
Buffet Cost and room was not totally clean. Toilet not real clean and beer bottle was left in the room.
The pool is free for guess. Pool party not free for guess
They upgraded our room when we arrived. Although we were upgraded, when we entered the room there was an AWFUL smell. It smelled like the guests before us must've thrown up on the carpet and the smell was still lingering. We called maintenance twice and the first time they told us there was nothing they could do and the second they sprayed some air freshener and left. The smell was so unbearable that we had to avoid being in the room as much as possible. Upon checkout, they told us that they couldn't do anything since the room was already paid for ahead of time and because it was an upgrade. I would've rather not have been upgraded if I wouldn't have had to deal with this terrible odor and am unhappy that I spent $400 on a room that I couldn't even enjoy.
The room was clean. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Free breakfast in the am is very convenient. Location is good. Good pizza place right down the road called "Carluccio's Coal fired pizza".
Everyone was so friendly, from the front desk, the housekeeping staff to the breakfast personnel. Our room was clean, breakfast was perfect for me and my daughter, so all was good. To be honest, it was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Nothing negative to say and I would stay again.
Nice to have full breakfast offered in hotel included in price with young kids. The room looked to have had possible water damage in the past?
My stay was comfortable, I would definitely stay here again. Need more cable stations and the pillows need to be replaced.
Extremely friendly staff. Great value with the free breakfast. Centrally located near numerous golf courses.
The staff was super nice, and all accommodations where quick and easy. Nothing the hotel could control however our neighbors where pretty loud and woke us up a few times. Its pretty easy to hear through the walls.
Kim at the front desk was very accommodating as we were a couple hours early for check in but she made sure to let me know to call before checking in to see that it was possible. Sure enough the room was ready and we were able to enjoy the hotel and the room was very clean and neat and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be coming back again!!!
The staff was very friendly. The location, right off of the Garden State Parkway, was extremely convenient. If you are trying to go to Atlantic City, this is definitely the top selling point of the hotel. To stay this close to Atlantic City for under a 100 dollars on a Friday night was a great deal (it would have been closer to 200 a night in AC for a comparable hotel). Additionally, the free breakfast was well maintained and definitely had enough variety. The pool area was very nice and had a lifeguard on duty. There was also a small playground area and a diner next store. When you think Days Hotel, you should think Holiday Inn Express. I was a little surprised that the hotel is rated as three stars on Kayak. While everything seemed to be extremely well maintained, a lot of the facilities looked older - for example, the elevators, desk in the room, etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but only if I can get a good rate.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful Cleanliness of room and all areas. Great breakfast. All aspects top notch.... Nothing. All was great!!!!
Breakfast, coffee offered 24 hours. They gave me a room on the first floor. Noisy and uncomfortable. The corridor smelt like cigarette smoke.
I've stayed here on multiple occasions. I love that it's centrally located, has a pool, and that breakfast is included. They are also pet friendly and the rooms are a good size (a big plus when traveling with small children). The staff is also friendly. During this last visit, I noticed several issues and wonder if this is a sign of a decline in the quality of this hotel. Our room was dirty as though housekeeping was doing the bare minimum: sticky carpet, food under the furniture, an abandoned toy under the bed skirt, hair on the shower curtain, dust in the corners. Breakfast was meh (waffles were the best part, other days they had two types of eggs with pork and no alternative for non-pork eaters) and we had to wipe down our table before eating because no one was taking care of that. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my stay. I really hope that this was just a rough patch and they turn it around.
It's as if a pipe was vibrating between the walls, but it would happen every 15 minutes. Very annoying while trying to sleep.
While AC seems to be running down, this resort seem to be getting better. Unlike may stays in AC at other hotels, with the exception of Revel (closed) and Borgata, most place have become dirty and old, Caesar's room were spotless, nothing seemed old or run down (and I stayed at the old tower). The restaurants in the center lobby was pleasant to have dinner and a drink , connection to the mall was convenient, and the third floor restaurant in the Mall where very impressive and Manhattan like. I would recommend a couples weekend here, even for those who stay out of the Casino, as I did.
It was located right in the middle of everything. You can walk to anywhere. The pool was for use by those 21 years old or older only. We had to go to ballys to use the pool. I didnt know that when booking the hotel.
I thought the staff was so helpful and friendly
The view N/a
The room I asked for, I did not get.
Every thing was goog Every thing was good except the smell of smoking butchers us although our room was non smoking
Room faced lobby, was bright all night long, tons of noise coming into room, room was not ready when we arrived as offered online for 3pm check in, waste of 200 dollars, didn't sleep all night due to light coming in and noise from lobby traffic, would NEVER stay if here if had a choice elsewhere
One of the best places to stay in AC
The room was nice but you need to be at the rite tower. Staff was rood at registration,we booked 2 rooms but they only showed one, also they wanted to give us double beds although we booked one king size bed.
I got a great deal on a room in the Centurion Tower (about $125 a night even after the resort fee, which was about $26 a day that they charge you at the end) and wasn't expecting a lot, though the room had a great view and was quite beautiful. Maid service was proficient in keeping it clean for the two days my girlfriend and I stayed there and I was overall very satisfied with the value I got while staying here, despite the bad Yelp reviews. The TV in the mirror (which I think is an item only available in the premium rooms) was broken, and when I called maintenance about it, they said most of those mirror TVs throughout the hotel were broken. It wasn't an essential feature of the room, though it was unfortunate that it didn't work.
I just came back from Europe that was a month long, this hotel is totally a replication of the hotels in Europe! High quality rooms that are extremely clean! I won't stay anywhere else now!
It was close to the Boardwalk and had a free shuttle. The rooms were small and old and not very clean. The manager was okey once we had to yell as they put us in the worst room in the whole place. THe second room we got was okey but not much better. I would not stay there again.
The size of the room itself and bathroom. Friendly staff My only complaint is that our bathroom had no vent in it to suck out humidity.
Friendly Staff, clean room, great price. Close enough to Atlantic City to be there in a few minutes but far enough away to avoid the hassle and traffic. I thought it would have a pool but it didn't. However, it is right on the bay with windsurfing right out back.
Quiet room, good facilities, easy parking. A bit hard to find with that address, but GPS coordinates worked. Not much in the way of food around.
Our room was clean and recently remodeled. The front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle bus that runs from the hotel to the casino area only makes one stop - The Tropicana. It was a long walk from the their to our desired casino (Caesars). It would be nice if the bus made multiple stops especially at night for pick-up. We wound up having to use taxi's frequently. The cost is about $25 each way from the hotel to the strip.
The price of the hotel is good in comparison,.... But I'd much rather sleep in our car the next time or on the side of the street. horrible! In all fairness, we saw their breakfast and It was good though. The sheets were so uncomfortable and rough, I had trouble sleeping.... My friend's room had blood on their sheets they had never slept on. There was an inch of dust everywhere. It was not uncommon to find small insects everywhere. Generally I felt disgusted just walking anywhere in the room. I saw the recommendations for this hotel, and I must say that most must be really old, or done by the hotel staff. There is no chance of recommending this hotel, unless you do it as a cruel joke.
Lewis at the front desk was very helpful and friendly (great customer service skills) n/A
straight drive to casino, low cost for over night stay, clean and breakfast
Iit was wonderful! 4 miles from the atlantic city area. rRoom was clean and big and the breakfast was good as well. If the shuttle would have gone to the Showboat end of the strip, we would have utilized it.. We ended up driving and parking...not a deal breaker.. but.. the shuttle would have been great
Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a TV, microwave, small refrigirator and coffee maker. We had a pleasant view of Atlantic City from our window. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well and everuything in the bathroom was fine. Complimentary breafast was great: coffee, juce, bagels, scrambled eggs, fruits, cereal, yogurt.Breakfaast was from 6 to 10, we took some food to room for our child. It took about 10-15 minutes to get to AC. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended. It was all good.
Nice showers!! Late check in time and early check out time.
Very nice hotel, clean rooms, nice staff. Nothing.
Attentive staff, nice facilities, and beautiful design. It certainly sets itself apart from the rest of Atlantic City. Room was dirty. Chipped furniture, somebody's dirty socks on the floor, grimy bathroom and the sheets had holes in them and smelled like cigarettes. Was hoping to avoid that in a non-smoking room. Also, got bitten by bedbugs in my one night sleeping in the bed.
great spa! the view from our room was not great.
Counter staff was very nice Smell of cigarette smoke throughout the whole facility. Doors were broken, very dated facility, air conditioning barely worked .. Overall this was not a very plea sent property
Was given a room and when opened door room was still dirty from last occupants. Never got an apology. Will not return
clean room, no bed bugs, very affordable with Kayak.com, kiddie pool and regular pool, large bathroom. 6 mins from albany ave beach, good access to all highways and AC. Wifi worked good. We did not get the strong mold smells in the hallways or room that other guests mentioned in earlier reviews, and we stayed there for a week. Continental Bfast has poor options and is over crowded, Back door Unsecured and access ramp needs repairs, smelling weed in hallways on a few nights, the few luggage carts they had were worn out. They should do better landscaping in areas guests frequent.
Great location for the beach and the convention center. Lots of nice restaurants, although with the downturn in AC, they are not frequently open. Atlantic City is a morgue. The hotel is really long in the tooth. I had an electrical outlet falling out of the wall in the bathroom. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the shower. There was a round table but no desk. For a convention city, I would expect a desk.
I liked the service when I checked in. They provided a cot for my room to accomadate me and my family. I didn't like that there is a $5 charge per person for the pool. If I'm a guest it should be included with the stay. I moved the table and there was crumbs left from God knows when. They should clean better. The rooms need to be updated. The elevator was also annoying putting the key in to get to your floor.
The people were great, the staff friendly and helpful Great value Dirty and disorganized - changed room 3 times in 3 days for reasons unknown
No surprises, no problems. Comfortable and close to everything: the boardwalk and other casinos. It could get a little newer but I'm not complaining.
Hotel was clean Non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette, staff could of been a bit more friendlier
Food was great. It was fun and mistly clean. Room service menu was very limited. Had to call 3 times for room service and was told i couldnt irder off normal menu had to use limited menu because casino was cutting back.
Extra pillows. Changed my room without a problem. Staff were kind. Room was spacious and what we needed. Double charged for parking. First room was smoke smelling, phone didn't work, and NOT a "quiet room" (right next to elevator is quiet room??). 2nd room was better. Wifi was extra charge but was told would be free. Very expensive
Check-In person was terrific. She was so apologetic when our room was no ready yet and she had to spend some time working things out, finally moving us up to a suite ;-) Speaks well to their customer focus! All was great!
Guy Fieri's restaurant was awesome. Amazing food and staff there. Request a table with a view at restaurant it's a great view. Our Room had a beautiful ocean view as well. Check in is horrible. 45 mins on line on a Saturday. We complained and were told it's like that every weekend. Almost missed our dinner reservation because of it. Stressful way to start. The whole lobby and casino smells horribly of cigarette smoke. There is terrible separation of non smoking and smoking sections. This really was a bad issue. Rooms not bad but not great. If you get a really good price it's ok but we spent almost $400 a night and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT. Go to Borgata for that price instead. Lesson learned for us.
Good value. Very nice room. Free parking was a plus. I've never liked resort fees. Confused about WiFi rules/possible charges so didn't use.
The water pressure in the shower. First off they overcharged me. I paid for my room in full here on Kayak and then they hit me for more fees (RESORT FEES) on check out. Secondly the place is just the biggest dump. Stuck in the 70's. I wanted to barf.
Half of the bathroom lights didn't work, including those above the toilet and shower.
Lovely hotel and amenities. The outdoor gardens were beautiful..We went to the Water Club pool the day after we checked in. Restaurants were fabulous. Water Club only allows access to pool area after 4pm on day of check in!
Spa is great. Great restaurant options, would prefer that they have some open longer into the night. Staff is friendly, check out is a breeze, Pool was being cleaned on a Saturday, seemed a bit illogical considering many people were waiting around for the pool to open up and it opened at 5, only to close at 8. Smoking areas dispersed through the casino so it's a bit unavoidable, bad idea especially with it being right before the room elevators.
Nicest casino in AC The beds were terrible
Good restaurants. That you have no access to Water Club pool when you are an overnight guest at Borgata.
The Borgata is beautiful and luxurious. We loved the architectural touches and art everywhere, and the various restaurants. The hotel room was lovely and very comfortable. Terrible terrible idea to put a smoking section immediately outside the elevators to the hotel. My family and I are all sensitive to smoke and, although we knew there would be smoking areas, expected we could avoid the sinus-assaulting stench. Fail! The pool area is lovely, but the water was cloudy and screaming kids throwing footballs were uncontrolled. Ugh.
The hotel is really nice and gives a luxury feeling. Liked the decor, the pool and the shops/restaurants in general. The customer service is very friendly and professional. The air quality isn't great. They allow smoking inside. Although there are smoking and non smoking sections, you can smell the smokes everywhere.
Food was great, place was clean and it felt safe The only thing I didn't like was that I requested a room with a view but didn't get one. Other than that my stay was awesome
Atmosphere Prices on alcohol
SHOWER HAD ONLY COLD WATER AND HAD NO PRESSURE BREAKFAST WAS SERVED WARM/COOL EMPLOYEES HAD ATTITUDE. I WALK WITH A CANE AND I NEEDED TO SIT DOWN THERE WAS A TABLE HIDDEN AWAY WITH ONLY ONE PERSON PLAYING THE MAN WHO WATCHES THINGS SAID GET UP IF YOU WANT TO WATCH "I CANT SIT DOWN" I ASKED THE DEALER BEFORE I SAT DOWN BUT, I JUST LEFT. THE MAN WHO TOLD ME TO LEAVE WAS COLD AND WITH A NASTY TONE. I WILL GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER HOTEL EITHER THE golden NUGGET OR HARRAHS.
A lot to do within the casino and hotel Expensive with nothing included
The hotel was clean, the people were friendly... Everything was way too expensive... $500/night for an average room, $10 for 320mbs of data (wifi), $150 deposit on the room on top of the $500... The drinks had no alcohol in them, there were no free movies in the room and you were not allowed to use or take the shampoo and body wash in the room. They had a sign that literally said, if you take them we will charge you. For all the money I paid for the room I should get a free breakfast or something, strong drinks, free wifi etc. I had a nice time at the concert I went to but I will never stay overnight again.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a room about noon and they got me into one right away. The room needed a refresh. The grout on tile in bathroom was bad. I lifted the toilet seat and immediately was greeted with a pubic hair. The little bit of comforter belt (fashion only, bot an actual comforter), and decorative pillows were dirty and stained. I suspect they are not often washed. The bedside lamps were sagging, their mounts were poor.
The hotel cancelled my reservation before I got there even though they assured me it would be there. And then wouldn't give my money back.
The Jitney service is the only reliable thing left in Atlantic City. Golden Nugget still advertises having a heated outdoor swimming pool & hot tubs that are open year-round when in fact it has been closed down for the season. I ran into many groups of people that also booked rooms at the Golden Nugget expecting to use the advertised facilities only to be told after arrival that the pool deck has been shutdown. Shame on Golden Nugget for false advertising and misleading paying customers! Avoid this shady "resort" casino and stay elsewhere.
The Modern look of the rooms. House keeping could have done a better job of dusting and removing left over hairs in the bathroom by pass guests.
I loved everything especially the pool
Easy check in. Hotel was dirty! Our room smelled like someone smoked pot in it. The heater was very noisy made a loud clunk when it went on and off. It was worth maybe $100.00 a night not what they charge!! On the bright side it was the only hotel I read about that didnt have bed bugs, I looked it didnt. We wont be back
The Deck The room view Gym/Spa H2O Pool/Bar Could hear next room TV Pay for exercise room? (I understand paying for spa) Room could use some type of pull out table for eating Entire stay everyone was very polite except the valet lady running the parking.
The Hotel was very clean and spacious Did not like the casino security staff they was very disrespectful and I felt a lil racism, it was my fist time visiting Atlantic city and I would never stay there again
Staff was rude. Never again!
Nice room. Hot tubs could have been hotter.
Modern, updated and nice view. Able to hear next door man and women arguing for about hour. Also hear taking morning shower and hallway traffic. (we have been in 3 other hotels this past week for comparison)
Clean place, helpful staff, historic facility, nice location. Reflecting other reviews, the $10 resort fee needs to get squared away with the external reservation booking companies (e.g., Orbitz, etc.). Having staff give me an explanation which I have no insight to validate is unfair to them and the booking companies for providing me (consumer) with a satisfactory response.
Staff was great. Very clean. Food and cocktail service was also excellent no complaints
Good location. Nice setting. 3 weddings. Restaurants and bar facilities limited due to wedding guests. Noise until 2 am from wedding guests.
I asked per my reservation for two beds and upon arrival I was given the wrong room. The person at the counter was told of the error then made the mistake again. Eventually I just switched with another couple I knew were staying there.
Location was perfect for my trip. Grounds looked great! Rooms need to be renovated. Rooms need to be renovated.
The bed was comfortable. Rooms were very outdated, had a mildew smell, bathroom was outdated and do not like liquid soap, shampoo etc on the wall where you can not even see it.
Beautiful rooms gorgeous hotel and very pleasant staff
we loved the nostalgic indoor pool, and family recreation room. breakfast buffet was well organized, hot, and had plenty of choices for all. i think that the breakfast could have been included for the price, but it would not stop us from staying there again.
Character of place Not much
clean rooms very nice but set up was strange
Older more mature, Valentine's dinner (food good) No refrigerator in room. Asked them. They brought old, beat up frig. Then found 10 dollar fee on my bill. Price fixed Valentine's Day dinner. Service awful. Waited for water for 20 mins. Appetizer almost an hour. Then when I mentioned it to them they apologized and then brought out main course while still eating appetizer. For a 150 dinner that's unacceptable. So service/ bell personnel around. No one helped us with our luggage.
Shuttle service to another wedding venue was great. Driver was respectful, buses were well stocked, great experience. The clerk at the front-desk did not know what she was doing. She took my debit card as a deposit. OK I can deal with that, but when we checked out, she must of rang it twice b/c when my wife I checked our bank card, there was a hold of $100. Being budget conscience, that $100 was unaccounted for. When I called and asked for clarification i was told that it could take 3-5 business days to clear.
Private swimming pool ;) Too many mirrors in room.
My girlfriend and I were in atlantic City to attend a concert at the Taj Mahal. The concert ended close to midnight and we then proceeded to to gamble a bit; therefore we didn't arrive at our room until about 3am. The front desk clerk stated that since we checked in so late, it would be okay to check out at a later time. Great attitude, which was much appreciated. Did not really spend too much time there to notice anything wrong.
Good value for the price, basic functional hotel. Musty smell in the hallway.
It was reasonably priced for the area. The beds were very uncomfortable.
the quality of the rooms and guest services
You didn't get distributed They make the key room not open your last few hours at the room
We liked the convience to Atlantic City and having the shuttle available to us. The room was very comfortable.
price very good 39.99!
I liked that my request for being on a high floor was meant & the view was great. Both check in/check out process were great, staff is very friendly. I liked the valet parking which is good for 24hrs in or out, very accomadating. After check out I was able to leave my car and do some shopping. I was close to the elevators, so there was a lot of foot traffic/noise. I could have asked to switch rooms but I was already settled in and it was only a 1 night stay.
History of miss America displayed in lobby, and prints of previous winners. Also complimentary Starbucks coffee was nice. The staff was very friendly too! It was a hike to the beach & Boardwalk !
I love to be there, everything was clean, excelent view, good costumer services
Perfect location for shopping, casinos, beach and restaurants! There wasn't a refrigerator and microwave in all the rooms. But we made do with our cooler.
Not bathroom fan, and toilet noises
My wife and I went there January 1st to January 3rd to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff was professional, polite, and friendly. The room was beautiful, with nice pillows and sheets. We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping, and had a wonderful time while staying at this hotel. I hope others go there too. It's a great place. I wish the room had a refrigerator in it. But that was no big deal compared to all the other things the hotel had to offer.
I have stayed in a lot of different hotels and I have to say that the staff that waited on my husband and I where absolutely PHENOMENAL! From the minute we got to the parking garage to the minute we pack up our car they were nothing but courteous and friendly. Especially the concierge woman Chrissy that I dealt with upon arrival. I think she could tell that we had already had a long day and she just absolutely took care of us with any questions that I had. She always had a smile on her face and she was very easy to talk to to and did not make me feel like I was a burden when staying there. She would be a main reason as to why we would stay at the Sheraton in AC again. Thank you!
Great staff and the prefect location
Everything was great! Nothing, except I wish it was closer to the boardwalk for our purposes.
All the staff were very nice and accommodating. Very nice room, spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was average but nice. Bed was comfortable but pillows very flat. Overall great experience and very close to Tangier outlet. Had a great time. Would definitely stay here again Pillows
Very outstanding valet..its allway good to see them
Location! Convenient to shops, parking, roads & highways/expressways, & (most especially for my purposes) right across the street from the NJ Transit train station. (I ride the ACS Bike-a-thon every year that I can. Now that the Bike-a-thon is back to ending in AC, I drive down with family ahead of the event, stay & park at the Sheraton, take the train back to Phil. the night before, then bike back to AC with the ACS. Meanwhile the family has a full-feature shore weekend - without disruption from my participation in the Bike-a-thon. A win-win!) Usually nothing: You get what you pay for & usually that's roomier, quieter, cleaner & more comfortable than a lot of hotels & motels in AC. Since the Sheraton does not have direct beach access or a casino, the price is usually less expensive - even for a June weekend. This year however, competition from an ANIME" convention (who knew), appears to have driven the cost up a bit. Still, cost/value ratio wasn't too bad, & the ANIME" attendees were entertaining - sort of like a colorful carnival in the lobby.
Room clean good local. The walls are paper thin can here room next to you May get top floor it would be little less noice
Driveway Location, over priced, old property, dated ,soda machine didn't work,t.v. Cable when off, food service was from Sam s club ect. Eggs from a box, bacon swimming grease very sad...
Nice place. Very friendly and accommodating.
Close to Boardwalk Hall....to attend a concert there, also the price for a room thru your booking service was reasonable for the area on a Saturday night Hotel was woefully inept at attending to it's overnight guests vs. catering to it's bar crowd. We waited over 50 minutes to get an elevator up to our room on the 18th floor, as the bar on the 5th floor had OVER capacity crowds and had to enforce a closing due to exceeding fire regulations for the amount of people allowed by law in that area. We were exhausted and at 1:15 a.
everything valet service was very slow at check out
The hotel focused on a younger crowd
Overall it was nice. The heating/Cooling system was loud. Noise of air / heating system
I liked the hotel, good design, good restaurants, room was spacious and comfortable. I was on the fence about the nightclub, the people going in and out were drunk and slightly annoying. We couldn't hear any noise from the club so it didn't really bother us when we went to sleep. I think because we were on a high floor--which was great!
The smell of no smoking. I don't have anything, We really enjoy everything.
My wife and I stayed at the Chelsea for her 50th birthday The room was large, clean and it was on the18th floor. We had an ocean view which was a nice romantic touch. The staff were outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very comfortable king sized bed with a gorgeous headboard. extremely helpful valet staff hallways and elevators seemed a little dingy
No hot water
I order smoking room, but hotel dont have its, also they have a problem with water on high flours
