The staff was helpful and the hotel has a unique vibe with the decor .
Toilet wouldn't flush upon arrival. Called the front desk which said they would send maintenance down. Waited a few hours, no one showed. Called back and they had someone up in a few to try and fix it. The maintenance gent said he wasn't able to fix it, so they said we would get a new room in a few. We waited and waited, no one cake. Called the front desk again and they sent some one up quickly with new keys. Hours later and 4 phone calls later, we got our new room. Rooms aren't your typical Aloft layout either.

There was no working heat. When I called about it being cold and the heat not working, the heat wasn't fixed . Instead I was brought a space heater, which made the electricity go out

Big comfy beds with crisp sheets. Clean modern rooms and bathrooms. Airport close and very affordable.
Great for dog owners
I travel with my pet almost always. I love how dog friendly the staff at this hotel is. They even have dog beds and food bowls upon request. The lounge area was really cool. Fun books to read and games to play. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Neat and comfortable place to stay
The room was very neat and clean. It has a Ralphs supermarket nearby, which is very convenient to buy some grocery. And there is also one in-N-out nearby. You won't hear the noise from the airplanes at night. It's very quiet.
It was a place to stay and a bed to sleep in. Surrownding food was within walking distance.
No breakfast. You had to pay for parking. Not very roomy.
