Pros:
The car was good, just wish it had a CD player. It was ok on cleanliness, could have been cleaner. Overall happy with the rental.Cons:

Cons:
There was an added 6 dollar fee that was never explained. We were in a hurry to leave although I did ask the lady about it and she said it was "too late" to change it. She claimed at first that we had said yes to some extra damage coverage online which we had not and this was reflected on the bill. So I never did figure out what the 6 dollar charge was and when we went to turn the car in they said we could call the customer service office about it, but in reality I am not going to sit on the phone for 30 minutes for 6 dollars and the charge should not have happened in the first place. Secondly, we had to stand in the cold for about 15 minutes as we waited for our car to be prepared. That was annoying although the attendant did apologize for it. We were just in a hurry to get on the road because it was the day before Thanksgiving and we were in a hurry to beat traffic. It's just these small things that make you not want to rent with this company again.Budget

Didn’t get the car that I reserved over 2 months in advance. Was given a smaller substitute car. The car was not well kept at all with stains on the seats. Was charged almost double than what I was quoted.6.0 Okay

Didn't have a compact car as booked - ended up with a swanky SUV (at the same price!). Quick pick-up and quick drop off. The quoted price (cheapest for the area) was the final price. Nice car, made for a smooth trip.9.2 Wonderful

I was 12 minutes late due to uber driver making a wrong turn. Rental Agent refused to rent me the car.Cons:

I made an online reservation for a one-way rental and booked a non-refundable motel room in my destination city. Got a call the next morning that they didn't have a car for me, that they didn't do a one-way rental between the cities. Personnel were polite and professional and apologized.Cons:
Their reservation system sucks. It lets you make a reservation that the company can't fulfill. I needed a one-way rental to pick up a motorcycle I had bought a couple months ago. I tried several companies including Enterprise which I usually use for one-way rentals. None were accepting a one-way rental until I tried Hertz and made a reservation. I then booked a non-refundable motel room in my destination city. Got a call from Hertz the next morning that they didn't have a car for me, that they didn't do a one-way rental between the cities my reservation was for. Personnel were polite, professional and apologized. I told them their reservation system sucked and they agreed. I got the impression this was a routine occurrence - their reservation system accepting reservations that could not be fulfilled.10.0 Wonderful

They literally booked me at a location that no longer existed. Then they refused to refund. I really loved that. Totally didn't ruin my vacation at all.Cons:
