Enterprise booked my reservation for noon on October 5. Their branch closed at noon. When I called at 11:45 to let them know that I would be a few minutes late as taking our luggage took longer than anticipated, they told me to try to switch my reservation to a different enterprise branch without making any calls for me or helping in any way. I contacted another branch who let me know that they were completely out of cars and wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. When I called back to the branch that I originally booked with around 12:05, I was greeted by an automated voicemail that told me that the branch was closed and to call back during normal business hours. I called back as soon as the branch opened the next day, and they let me know that they had cancelled my original reservation and that they wouldn’t be able to honor my initial rate. Very frustrating experience that left my family without a rental for > 24 hours and cost us a fortune in Ubers.Reviewed Oct 13 2024

The staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating. The first problem we encountered was the location was not at the airport where we thought it was. We had to take a long taxi ride for six of us to the second enterprise location, of course we had to pay for that. I traveled with my three daughters, my wife and my mother-in-law. We had a lot of luggage for our 10 day trip to Florida.. When we got there, we were told the minivan that we reserved was not available and they wanted to upgrade us into an SUV. That was not acceptable because it didn’t have the storage space for our luggage that the minivan would have. But we had no other option so we fit in the back as Much as we could and each family member had their carry on bag in their lap. The vehicle was not cleaned very well and the tank was empty.Reviewed Jul 3 2024

Pros:Check in person was friendly.Cons:Location is Far from airport. No taxis or ubers available to get there. Expensive to get to rental location. Took a long time for Enterprise to get my car once I finally found a way there. Smelled smoky, finally found a Used Cigarette on the floor in back seat. Pros:Staff was friendly and efficient.Cons:Car not clean, No shuttle service ($40.00 taxi). Also could not return car to airport without a charge of $150.00. Another taxi back to airport (just $25 this trip). Has anyone from corporate checked the condition of the office?Reviewed May 13 2021

Cons:I reserved a Jetta more than a month out from my vacation. I go to pick up my car. They tell me that they are giving me an upgrade to a 2 door mustang convertible. They don’t have anything else. I have a family of 4 with 2 car seats. The car was a pain to put 2 kids in car seats and luggage for 4 people. I don’t have much confidence in enterprise for my next visit.Reviewed Jul 19 2020

Pros:The dude at the dropoff was super nice and friendly. He stated they were understaffed and worked very hard to help us as quickly as possible.Cons:The vehicle had been recently smoked in. it smelled terrible. My son and wife asked multiple times to have the windows rolled down to get some fresh air inside. Very disappointing on SUPER hot days.Reviewed Jul 14 2020
