agent at the office couldn't change the hours or find a vehicle for me so I was forced to make a 2nd reservation. Experience was miserable and I received nothing just paid you for nothing. I will never rent a car through kayak again and wouldn't recommend you to others either.Reviewed Feb 25 2025

I didn't like anything. You guys should be ashamed. A death in the family prevented us from taking our trip....not that anyone in your organization cares. Phone numbers provided went unanswered when dialed...then disconnected. You're only mandate appears to be making money at the expense of customers and making sure they get a total runaround when trying to salvage a horrific personal tragedy. Way to go Kayak. You made a couple hundred bucks on this one and you didn't even have to provide a service...way to go! I shall never use Kayak, or Hertz again for anything, and neither will my large extended family. I will implore as many people as I can influence not to use you.Reviewed Sep 27 2024

Cons:Vehicle was nice and clean and there weren’t any issues with the billing. The only complaint is when we got to the pickup location the office was locked and there was a sign stating they had to leave to assist another customer. I get that happens but we waited for over an hour along with several other customers. It was kind of a pain getting to the rental location from the airport but considering it was 1/3 of the price I would do it again.Reviewed Mar 31 2021

Pros:Enterpirse said they had a car for me, gave me a confirmation number and told me the car would be ready, when I arrived there was no vehicle available for weeks. Hertz was able to get me into a car in 24 hours on short notice. THANK YOUReviewed Jan 20 2021
