Cons: The pick-up and drop off procedure at the Moncton airport could be improved. The vehicles are located in an underground garage area and it is up to you to find the vehicle and find your way out.
On return, there were no Enterprise parking spaces to drop off the vehicle, and it took a couple of passes through the airport facility to find a space to drop the vehicle off. There are no attendants in the parking area and you are on your own to figure it out.
Upon parking, we noticed another Enterprise customer in an adjacent parking spot just starting their rental, having difficulty trying to open the vehicle. We stopped to assist the lady and two children; this took some time to figure out the key access. It would have been helpful to have an Enterprise attendant that could have assisted.
Making our way up to the airport terminal to the rental counter, we were confronted with an extended line-up and only one staff member on duty. We patiently waited to finalize our rental.
It was not until we reviewed the invoice after leaving the counter that we noticed that we had been charged an extra hour on the rental agreement for time taken to find a parking space, assist another Enterprise client, make our way up to the terminal kiosk, and stand in line waiting for service. The hourly charge was not large but was quite annoying given the list of events.
