The guys at LAX pick up purposely wrote the wrong email, which was a jumble of gibberish letters, so i didn't get my receipt. Good and bad, but they made it right. Initial check in was great, upgraded my car and got me out quick. Issueswith the car occurred on our trip, and after a phone call we realized it wasn’t a deal breaker. Swapped out the car at our first destination.
