Easy to rent the precise vehicle we needed, Ford Transit - 15 seats. The van was clean and smelled wonderful! It had only 35k miles and all the brains of my RAV hybrid, all the bells and whistles. Drove it to Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe Florida from Indiana and back. Not even a hiccup along the way. The employees at the check-in/out desk were respectful, polite and helpful. Lastly, after I returned the van, I received a call from a woman (whose name escapes me 🤔) was lovely. So kind and sweet that I felt like I was talking to my best friend. I hate that I can’t think of her name because she deserves some serious props! Thank you Enterprise and Kayak.com!Reviewed Jul 6 2026

Well, they advertised that they had vehicles for rent. So, I made a reservation for a vehicle. (Made plans for the weekend and everything.) I then got a call the day I was to get the vehicle that there were “no vehicles available!” This was the 4th of July weekend! So, plans blown as now, since I was informed at the last minute, no one has any vehicles available!Reviewed Jul 4 2026
