Kayak owes me $112 for car rental insurance on the vehicle that did not get reserved with Enterprise. Kayak holds a car rental third party but Enterpruse stated they do not recognize Kayak- therefore my money was taken. I had to get another reservation after "losing" a reservation that was not legitimate per Enterprise causing me to almost miss my trip, and my sons graduation. It took almost an hour to get the car because there was only one customer service rep for a long period of time. After almost an hour waiting 2 additional reps came out. When picking up the car they didn't have our premium style car but upgraded is to a mid size Genesis SUV.Reviewed Sep 20 2026

Friendly staff, but no gas when seated in car # 1, so given another car with only a half tank of gas and left to figure out how to start car. Couldn’t start car for 75 minutes and so sat frustrated as office had just closed for the day with staff having taken off before I understood how to start the car. Car price and cleanliness was good, however staff should make sure client can start the car even if it means staying after closing to assure that they do. As a teacher, I always stayed after work to help students out if needed. I rented car just before closing, didn’t know how to use the ignition and was abandoned sitting in the car for over an hour trying to figure out what to do. Lost an hour travel time needed as was heading through the mountains in the dark.Reviewed Sep 18 2026

After arriving at the first Enterprise location, we were told there are no cara available but they told us to go to a 2nd rental car location where there also no cars available. We wasted a few hours running around town and at the end got no car.Reviewed Sep 18 2026

Enterprise called the morning of the rental and told me they didn't have any cars. They told me that I could call all of the other Enterprises in the area for availability but they would not do it. They also told me I could talk with Expedia about the booking. Talked with Expedia who told me to talk to Enterprise. Then redirected to Enterprise who continued to tell me it was my responsibility to call all the other Enterprises in the area for availability - none of which had anything. No apology. No voucher.
