Enterprise was efficient in the pick up and drop off department. I did not appreciate the roadside assistance extra charge. Being nickled and dimed is a turn off. This service should be included in the rental price.Reviewed Jul 26 2026

Because it was an unexpected rental due to flight cancellation, it was last minute. They were experiencing some technical issues but were able to get us taken care of fairly quickly and were very helpful and friendly. The vehicle provided was perfect.Reviewed Jul 25 2026

Very negative. I was able to reserve my rental just fine but after driving 40 minutes out of my way to pick it up I was unable to actually purchase the van that I had reserved due to the credit card policy. I had my husband and our 5 children with me. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.Reviewed Jul 24 2026

Wasn’t a smooth one— first reserved for pick up at Davenport and drop off MCO, but then the agent called and said they don’t have a car for that, only cars for drop off the same location. I showed up for a car with the same location drop off then they said they don’t have car. Also thought my reservation was for July 26 even it’s shown July 20. They managed to get me a car — not the car I booked and planned to charge at a higher price so I showed kayak conformation then they honored it but still not a good car. No navigator, gas was not fully charged and very low horse power. Definitely won’t be going back.Reviewed Jul 24 2026

I asked for a pick up but the store I rented from said I wasn’t in their zone. It was a 17 minute drive. They offered to change my rental to a closer location to me but that location doesn’t do pick ups. Despite that being their main corporate motto and why I chose enterprise. So I had to walk about 20 minutes for pick up. There was a line out the door when I arrived. 45 minutes later I was served and rushed. I wasn’t the only 10am appointment but the 8,9, and 11 am all showed up at the same time and there was no priority. Got my day off to a rush. I booked an economy car to save fuel and deal with narrow highland roads and told him that. He said he upgraded me to a Mini Cooper, I said cool. But it was a countryman. Very bulky and made the first few days a tough drive. I was then surprised to have a visa bill 3x my quote. They double charge for the insurance and had to deal with that over the phone. Thankfully all sorted and drop off was fine in Glasgow. They actually drove me back.Reviewed Jul 23 2026
