Poor customer servicePros:NothingCons:My flight was running late, I called to make accommodations since my pick up was scheduled for 2 but i wouldnt make it in until around 430 (they closed at 4) and was treated rudely by staff at LCH. Asked if they could drop car at FBO for general aviation (only a 3 min walk) since i was flying in private aircraft as they’ve done in the past and just told no. When I picked up car at competitor they told me they would have been happy to drop car and the enterprise attendant working is known for being rude and not helpful.Reviewed Jun 11 2018
