I asked twice for at the counter for full insurance coverage. He assured me. Before I left the counter I asked for my rental agreement. He said it would be emailed. The email arrived a day later. No insurance. Too late to rectify it as I already was mid rental. When I returned the car they found an inside panel in the back was loose. I said no one was back there. Didn’t matter. They filed a claim against me. Insurance would have covered it. Never using Enterprise again.Reviewed Jan 1 2026

With less than 24hrs notice, they tried to completely change type of vehicle, tried to give me an E.V. then move back the pickup time back 3-1/2 hours. They only had an upgraded vehicle that they refused to supply at the rental agreement rate id agreed upon! Should have been given at the lower rate to compensate for their mistakes. I was never able to rent the car because they wouldn’t take my card. I used my card to reserve the car. They charged my bank account $50 and then put it back. I got confirmation that my car was good to go. When I got off the plane and got a shuttle to take me to Enterprise they refused to rent me the car with the card I used this whole time. They said I needed a credit card. I don’t have any credit cards, only my visa debit card. Which is like cash. She didn’t want that and she refused to give me my car. Another lady stepped in and was so rude to me. I was stuck at the airport with now ride and I had to get to somewhere that was almost 2 hours away. Horrible customer service! The ladies that were there were rude and ghetto acting. I have never experienced this type of service from a rental car company and I’ve rented cars before at airports.Reviewed Dec 30 2025
