Picked car up at 5:30 AM at Tampa Airport. Found only one staff member to assist with pickup. She was very polite, courteous and did ger best with a new software system. It took a while but she competed the process. Vehicle ran great and was clean. Return process was seamless. Overall a very good experience.Reviewed Jun 18 2026

I rented the car through priceline. The total cost given to me through priceline was significantly less than when I picked up the car at the Calgary location. They had every excuse they could think of to justify the price but fact is, it was quite a bit more. The calgary pickup location is unorganized. There drop off in red deer was great. Overall, $224 to use a car for 150kms and less than 24hours was excessive.Reviewed Jun 17 2026

I paid for and rented a vehicle that I desperately needed and was contacted 10 minutes before every other rental company closes to let me know that the vehicle I saw online, booked, paid for, and was expecting to pick up, did not exist. Not only did they not have the vehicle, no other location in the city had one, and there was no similar vehicle to substitute. This meant that I now had no vehicle, no time to find one anywhere else from another location or another company and I was forced to scramble last minute, to spend more money to rent a vehicle that was not air conditioned, that put more stress in my life, added more work to my already overflowing plate, and put my business and the lives I save at risk of heat exhaustion (which occured and I had to again scramble to find a solution that added 3 more hours to my day and stressed everyone involved to the max.) This was a horrible experience, I thought using your service would cut my search time way down, shaving hours off my research and would make my life easier. It did just the opposite and now I have to figure out if I was charged, how to cancel and be refunded a rental that said non-refundable, and convince my team that I am not the one who botched this. I will never use your service again and would never recommend anyone else use it either. The time it takes to search and book directly through a company instead of your third party is well worth the hassle, disappointment, complications, tarnished reputation and risk to health that occured by booking through you and not directly through them.Reviewed Jun 15 2026
