Pros: Super friendly crew they were not mask Nazis it was nice
Cons: Super friendly crew they were not mask Nazis it was nice

Pros: The crew was great and very friendly.

Pros: I felt safe on this flight. Middle seats were empty, plane seemed clean, masks, etc. were in place. I flew Sun Country a few weeks prior to this and flight was overcrowded and COVID precautions were way insufficient.

Pros: No middle searing.
Cons: The tv did not work. The temperature was hot the whole flight. No airflow.

Pros: The crew was amazing. But there were to many people on the flight for what’s going on. There were middle seats sold and people were upset.

Pros: Crew was amazing before and after the flight! Delta really showed if the world isn’t doing well, that their staff will keep those problems outside the plane and keep everyone calm and safe. Thank you Delta!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. I’m going to join the miles points with Delta.

Pros: The crew was very friendly and it was a day fast flight.
Cons: No back of seat entertainment.

Pros: Everything about the flight was good.

Cons: Poor communication on delays. No wifi. No service. Couldn’t use lavatory.

Pros: Boarding was on time and we arrived early. The staff was also very friendly

Pros: Entertainment was up to date.

Pros: Clean and new planes, nice crew
Cons: Terrible delays and schedule for no reason, nothing wrong with weather in either direction

Pros: Crews were friendly

Pros: Excellent flight - smooth, comfortable seats (exit row with lots of leg room), in-flight entertainment was great, snacks and drinks served when I needed. Got to Cincinnati earlier than expected. Couldn't have gone better really.
Cons: I will say the flight to Orlando including an upcharge of $100 for a bag that was 10lbs overweight. I was INCREDIBLY frustrated at the crazy price. I understand fees would apply to overweight bags but $100???? Kind of ridiculous

Pros: Crew were great, on time, helpful, friendly.

Pros: Great service

Pros: The flight timings and the arrival time

Pros: Flying first class was wonderful. Great crew. Good food.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.

Pros: Snacks were good. On time.

Pros: Delta in Orlando is awesome!

Pros: Left on time and arrived early!
Cons: I was unable to upgrade my seat selection. Snack selections were limited regarding choices and variety.

Pros: Flight itself was fine. Captain was very communicative about rough air. 757-300's are amazingling noisy; recommend headphones for a relaxing flight.
Cons: Could not login to Delta app at MCO to show boarding pass. Had to return to a kiosk to print paper passes. Very aggravating but lesson learned to always have a paper backup. Boarding was disorganized and not by priority. Gate agents allowed passengers bull rush the gate and allowed line cuts. They lost control.

Pros: Boarding was quick and prices were fair
Cons: I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!

Pros: Waiting in the departure lounce was ok
Cons: Boarding was kind of stupid Delta is boarding in Zones and starts at the front instead of starting boarding passangers sitting at the back of the plane and moving forward NO they do it the wrong way and due to that boarding takes to long and makes you frustrated.

Pros: From check in from Delta App till receiving luggage, very smooth and painless process. Thank you!!

Pros: Service
Cons: Flight was late by almost 2 hours.

Cons: One flight attendant was a little rude to the passenger on my row who was hard of hearing.

Pros: I am always impressed by the Delta staff. Top notch.
Cons: The entertainment screens have an (older) head phone jack that many people do not have. The headphones available for purchase by the airline are of very poor quality. I also am surprised that airlines (not just Delta) continue to provide such low quality food options on flights. I think consumers would pay more for better options.

Pros: Getting off the plane
Cons: Boarding was a mess Seats had no leg room Flight attended was a jerk

Cons: Delta seats in Economy are smaller (narrower) compared to their competitors.

Pros: The flight staff were very attentive and courteous. I was asleep when drinks were passed out. The stewardess went out of her way to get me a drink after I woke up.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Entertainment Poor. Not to many movie for 14 hours trip

Cons: Late

Pros: Flight was good.
Cons: we had a l long wait getting to the gate. Once we are the gate the delta staff had a hard time getting a wheelchair victim on the plane.

Pros: Friendly crew with the usual high quality Delta product...
Cons: Premium passenger's should be boarded before families with children! Especially in Orlando where half the plane is children!

Pros: Service was quick
Cons: Flight attendants acted as though we were imposing. The service was quick though. If they had smiled at the passengers any, I would have given them 5 stars

Cons: The line for printing the pass was not open. I showed up 2 hrs prior. After dealing with the kiosk for more than 1/2 hour. I missed my flight.

Pros: On time as scheduled.
Cons: N/A

Cons: There was no tv screen, so if you don’t have a smart phone or tablet you can’t access to the entertainment. Also you should warn passengers to download the Gogo entertainment app because it’s very slow to do it in the flight

Pros: Kara was really nice to us.
Cons: Noisy plane.

Pros: Flights were both on time and boarded quickly. Crew was wonderful!

Pros: The organization, the shortening of the flight time.
Cons: At the Orlando airport, the LACK OF SEATING BY the gate!

Pros: Decent food . On time arrival !
Cons: It was fine

Pros: Everything went smoothly. We landed early and the crew was lovely to fly with.
Cons: No complaints from me!

Cons: My status as elite plus was no considered to get a good seat or the chance to upgrade. The frequent flyer number from Aeromexico was not passed correctly to Delta aystem and it caused all these issues

Pros: The seats were comfy. Crew pleasant. All was good

Pros: Delta sent a text which notified that our flight was to be delayed and we were free to seek an alternative flight. Delta was able to get us on an earlier Flight land then delivered our luggage the next morning. Delta sent an e-mail with the driver's picture, name and picture of the vehicle. The driver called to notify he was on the way. Excellent service.

Pros: smooth landing, little turbulence and very accomadationg staff. Plane was clean and comfy seats. My youngest had not been on plane in quite some time, and the flight attendants my her very at ease

Pros: Love the sofa and cookies.
Cons: The leg room was reduced to the least I've ever seen on this flight. My knees hit and I'm 5'9'.

Pros: It is a no frills airline. Cabin crew were friendly.
Cons: No entertainment, no food

Cons: the boarding process was chaotic. not enough time was allowed for zone 1 passengers. the plane was old. the inflight entertainment didn’t work. the crew was friendly though. there was no hot food but the cold selections were ok. i would expect a much better customer experience for business class passengers.

Pros: We arrived early!
Cons: Not able to connect to online entertainment.

Pros: So much leg room!
Cons: The entertainment option doesn’t work on laptops

Pros: Very comfortable the crew were exlaint
Cons: Nothing it was great

Pros: Yes, they are.
Cons: If we have something to watch.

Cons: Seats are so small

Cons: Serving with patience. Not being late all the time for boarding and for off-boarding.

Cons: Super slow boarding and entertainment system didn't work

Cons: Food was same as al flights tied of menu. No entertainment. All old movies.

Pros: Easy and quick boarding, on-time flight, friendly cabin crew

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: guess they are a budget airline, since Millar to Rouge, Air Transat etc. Didn’t realize they weren’t a real airline company. As said, this is our first time using WestJet.

Pros: The checking in was efficient and smooth. The service was great. None of us had any complaints, whatsoever. My husband told our pilot that she was underpaid. Thank you, thank you.

Pros: The crew members were very nice and wonderful to speak with. Food was great for airplane food.
Cons: The Wi-Fi/electronics was down on the plane so we couldn’t watch any movies, but I know that’s not really anyone’s fault. No big deal.

Pros: - Great customer service - Positive energy - Friendly staff
Cons: - extensive delays - no leg room - crowded - no food on my flight

Pros: Clean plane, on time, friendly staff, arrival was earlier than expected
Cons: Nothing

Pros: We left on time and arrived on time! That's all I really ask!
Cons: Nothing, everything was fine.

Pros: Staff was friendly and were up throughout the flight making sure people were okay and asking if they needed water.
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable, and couldn’t possibly find a comfortable position to sleep. The seats are so close together I couldn’t even fit to lay my head down on the tray. Bathroom was pretty untidy.

Pros: Quick
Cons: A little cold

Pros: Chicken salad was great.
Cons: We are computer savvy but wasted an hour following instructions to see a movie. It just circulated around frustrating us. Didn’t see anyone watching either. 5 hour full flight and no entertainment. Stewards didn’t know how to help.

Cons: LAX crew could be friendlier. Toronto to LAX crew were comparably better.

Pros: Everything was done orderly.
Cons: After all was boarded, there was a sick pssenge on board. It took them 45 min to decide she should get off. Dont know why it took so long.

Pros: Was nice clean short flight. Pleasant stewardesses. Food was lacking but normal now for short flight
Cons: Entertainment only with app loaded devices

Pros: Great crew
Cons: 45 min delay at LAX

Cons: I don’t understand the west jet app to access entertainment. How can you use your phone if it’s on airplane mode?

Pros: everything
Cons: nothing

Pros: Loved the chopped leaf options for food. Had a tasty wrap and glass of wine :)
Cons: I wish the staff were more helpful regarding my infant carrier & stroller as I was travelling solo with a 3 month old & struggled to manage things. Eventually another passenger assisted.

Pros: I liked how quickly the flight was. I believe they actually made better time than what was originally estimated. I was also able to get my checked luggage as soon as I got to the carousel.

Pros: I liked the stewardess. She was very friendly and funny. I was booked for row 2 isle seat, first on first off.. No one else with me , had the row to myself. Comfortable seats. It was the Plus seats.
Cons: No entertainment on board. You had to have already down loaded West Jets app. Didn't know that. Last time I flew WJ there was intertanment. I asked before I left Canada if there was in flight duty free. From LAX to YVR. I was told yes. So didn't purchase any. Only to find out, a big fat no. Haven't for quit awhile.Super. Landed at YVR, went to WJ to find out about luggage. Told me I have to get a hold of Qantas. They had nothing to do with it. Went to Qantas was sent to a place that was closed. Two days later got a call from WJ asking why I didn't pick up my luggage. I told him the story. He kept saying why didn't I go to them. Because I was told it was Qantases fault. Got luggage 2 days later, damaged. I'm thinking maybe the case fell off the conveyor belt while loading in Melbourne .

Pros: The Crew and Boarding was fine
Cons: The flight got delayed by 4 hours. No separate accomodation or food was provided. Unhappy with the delay with no compensation

Pros: Clean safe flight at affordable fares
Cons: Some in flight entertainment would be nice

Cons: Took 45min to bag check (3 agents and only 3 families ahead of me) and when I did bag drop, I’d already checked in online, the agent tagged my luggage to Calgary not vancouver and put it under someone else’s name. It’s been over 34 hours and still no word from westjet. Calgary is an 1 1/2 hr flight to Vancouver. Not impressed.

Pros: Crew was great. comfort very good. service good.
Cons: flight delayed 2 hours. Updates on app were slow (notifications).

Pros: That flight left without delays
Cons: very old airplane, no screens, only wify entertainment, app is working only with ios and android. they could update us before, while we were waiting, to download it, and not after we boarded. seats don't have much leg room, and not comfortable. they didn't give any food or drinks during the flight, and there was no button to call the crew and ask for it.

Pros: Quick and efficient boarding
Cons: No tv screen

Pros: Plane was comfy and on time
Cons: No west jet connect or in seat entertainment. Had to rent. Seems like a money grab

Pros: West Jet flights have little to no leg room. They also let ok much overhead baggage per person so boarding and getting off plane takes too long.
Cons: See above.

Pros: Everything was very good. The crew was pleasant and entertaining
Cons: I don’t want to give an excellent review because it leads to higher fares. But these people are pretty darn good we like to fly with them as much as possible. Two things can be corrected, however. Firstly the amount and size of carry on. If a bag or bundle looks really too big it really is too big. These people are so accommodating though they just let it go. Secondly, sometimes we check in early on line and we have a bag allowance. However, when printing a boarding pass at the airport if we say we are checking a bag the machine wants to charge for it. We always have to ask an attendant to clear this. Perhaps it’s time to fix this little issue. Like I said, I hate to give them an excellent rating because it makes it harder to get a good seat. The company is great and the folks working there are really great. Sorry to say.

Cons: There were so many delays

Pros: Check in and boarding was done very efficiently. Economy seats were way more comfortable and roomy than any other airline I've flown. Will definitely check out West Jet's loyalty program and flight schedules from now on. In fact am flying West Jet to Florida in February.
Cons: I flew the red eye and the plane was VERY cold so quite uncomfortable for 4 hours. Access to music and/or tv/movies would have made a big difference overall....access without a computer of ipad that is.

Cons: I couldn't figure out how to make entertainment work on the app

Pros: On time. Crew was great
Cons: Took a long time for the ground crew to set up the bridge which caused delay in deplaning

Cons: I'm a bit disappointed by the services provided by Westjet: 1) I never received the confirmation of my fight/booking from Westjet; 2) I was not aware that the connecting from LA to SJ and SJ to LA were operated by different companies therefore I was not able to check in or even to check the gate information at the airport. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA in the early morning 3) at the SJ airport, I was not aware that the flight from SJ to LA was operated by Delta not American airline. However, the Westjet customer services 1-888 number listed in your Kayak confirmation was not a correct number. I even tried to look up another customer services number of Westjet by searching the Westjet website, the number I found was not in service neither. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA 4) At the LA airport I was told that I was not able to board the flight because I did not have the Canadian ETA. they said they would pull my checked luggages and flight them with my re-scheduled flight and will be shipped to the final destination Vancouver, Canada. when I arrived Vancouver, both suitcases were not arrived with my flight. One arrived with my original flight and the second were missing. The agent could not even tell me where the suitcase was. Moreover, the second did not arrive the time I was told it should arrive. My second suitcase was not allocated even before I left Vancouver to Europe one day after my travel. 5) No one responded to the luggage services number provided in the document. I could only successfully login to the link for the checking the status after I returned home in Brussels. 6) I was told that the second suitcase will be delivered to my home in Europe by another company. Currently I'm still waiting for my second suitcase.

Pros: Flight attendants were so nice.
Cons: There was no info about the visa requirement and that made me stressed out once I tried to check in. Seats were too small

Pros: Nothing. Lame service.
Cons: Delays and no compensations

Pros: Friendly people!

Pros: Nothing at all. Boarding time changed 3times. Nothing nothing nothing good.
Cons: Boarding time changed 3 times. 2 hours later than original schedule. Terrible pilot went around city for no reason. Terrified and poor landing skill. I've never had experience like this. Now i only have 3 hours sleep before work.

Cons: New plane so there was no internet and I had work I needed to do.

Pros: I took delta from salt lake to Calgary.

Cons: What happened to physical distancing? Flight was packed full.

Pros: Air Canada crews continue to be friendly, polite and proactive, and definitely earn their best-in-North-America ranking.
Cons: I haven't flown AC in a while, but I remember this flight having dinner service and cookies + ice cream. While the printed menus themselves have improved, I would have preferred dinner service over breakfast especially as those with connecting flights get another breakfast no matter how short.

Pros: Customer service from SFO to YVR. The BNE to YVR customer service wasn’t good when I came, particularly from the Brisbane airport staff, but going back, it was great.
Cons: Better food, otherwise good

Pros: Very little. The staff is polite but they have no information and really are not empowered they solve any problems
Cons: The flight was delayed over an hour taking off due to final checks and luggage. In sprite of the pilot announcing smooth sky’s we had terbulence and seatbelts on for 60% of the flight. And when we arrived the luggage of at least 15 passengers, including mine, did not arrive. After waiting 45 minutes at the carousel for the luggage and another 35 at the priority desk I was informed that the luggage was not coming on the next flight but the next day. They apparently had run out of overnight bags so I had to buy a toothbrush and a t-shirt at the airport to sleep in. Now normally I would pack a carry on with the basic essentials for such a situation but this was a direct fight with 3 follow flights to the same destination..... I have no idea who votes for Air Canada or how many votes it takes to win the awards they keep claiming but there is something wrong...

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Movie selection was limited although I found one in the lot that I thoroughly enjoyed. As always with Air Canada, you only get the most basic snacks and everything else is extra.

Pros: great plane, friendly crew, comfortable seats
Cons: on a long 5 hour flight I would've liked a more frequent beverage service - we had to wait til end of flight for an additonal cup of tea

Cons: Man it was hard to get any sleep the kept selling and disturbing for almost two hours

Pros: The crew was very friendly.
Cons: The seats were ridiculously small. It was so uncomfortable.

Pros: Flying to/from the US in a wide body is always more comfortable than a smaller plane. Air Canada buy on board, ability to purchase Business Class meals in economy (pending availability) and swayback entertainment continue to be Air Canada’s strengths.
Cons: Air Canada can speed up the boarding process by making announcements asking passengers to step out of the aisle to let people pass AND remind passengers to place one bag under the seat and one in the overhead bin like they do on US carriers. Service is always pleasant but nothing exceptional. I find FA’s on American to be friendlier.

Pros: Everything was good, fine, but nothing stands out as exceptional.
Cons: Personal space seemed a little smaller than on some other airlines.

Pros: Entertainment
Cons: Meals & steward

Cons: Flight was delayed and left 2 hours late.

Pros: Left 30 minutes late but made up time and arrived roughly 5 minutes off original time. Ample leg room in coach. Nobody in the seats in front. Crew pleasant. Quiet ride.
Cons: People behind coughing/sneezing all the way.

Cons: waiting so long for baggage

Cons: That had to be the most cramped, uncomfortable airplane seat I have ever been in. And the coffee was awful.

Pros: Cordial service.
Cons: Seemed understaffed to serve customers quickly on a short flight

Pros: Fast and friendly check-in, flight was on time, service on board was good, flight was comfortable.

Cons: The flight was delayed an hour and a half.

Pros: The pilots were professional, got us there on time and did a wonderful smooth landing.
Cons: The flights attendants uniforms were wrinkled and old, tired and worn out looking, their behaviour was the same. They were pretty much tired and disinterested in their job. Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home.

Cons: I couldn't board the plane due to new documentation requirements for travelers transiting in Canada. I understand the rules of the internet fare (no returns, exchanges or cancellations) but the customer service was awful. They didn't offer me any other alternative but to loose full value of the ticket ($1700). Nobody (kayak, vayama, air canada or brussel airlines) gave me any kind of information about those new requirements and I ended up cancelling the whole trip as I couldn't find any other flight to get to Europe. Really upsetting....

Cons: Everything costs extra: picking seats, pillows, blankets, no Economy Plus for Star Alliance elites, any food, etc.

Pros: The plane was spacious with comfortable seats. Entertainment selections were a highlight. I liked that they offered your buds. Not nearly as bad as United despite some customer service issues.
Cons: Our tables were dirty so we could not set our drinks and food on them. When we were boarding, one of the crew members was yelling at an older Asian lady. She was in the wrong seat but she obviously did not speak English. She was also of the age where she could have had dementia. He said that she was responsible for holding up the plane and the boarding process. On the return flight, I encountered a very rude boarding agent. Her actions warranted an apology, but I did not receive one. She just would not look at me.

Cons: I was refused boarding after being told I could fly. A horrible experience--rebooking for my wife and I cost us 1,000 dollars.

Cons: It was horrible experience going through the Vancouver custom. Some one decided to random check a brown guy traveling alone. Okay, I get it. I give them credit for profiling me. But, I was very disappointed that they only know and follow the rules in their book. Dumping the luggage and wallet on the floor and then asked me to put everything back was not gonna help you find anything. They need to be bit smart and have some people skills. I mean a car salesman is smarter than this custom officer. I walked in for random screening with great respect for those officers but walked out with zero respect and maybe worse experience of my life. If you mistreat a innocent person just have a courtesy to say sorry or give them a stuffed canadian bear. We can understand!! One last thing for custom or border officers, treat the people the way you wanted to be treated.

Pros: The crew at the airport terminal were very helpful.

Pros: The lady at the counter was very pleasant when she realized my dad had forgotten his wallet and offered him to put him on next flight if I didn't make it back in time with his wallet, I liked how she had made him feel better by showing him grace and mercy that his mistake was fixable.
Cons: At SFO it is always a mess when you take a flight because you can either be in International terminal - that would be logical, since this is a us Canada flight but at other times you need to go to the united ticket counter instead (even though I get sent between the counters often I can't remember if this is terminal 3) - The lady in line was trying to get my dad to leave this line to go to the other counter line without asking about his specific flight, it caused an argument in my travel party because they thought she was right and I insisted we stay in this line. The lady didn't even acknowledge what I was trying to say and kept telling my dad to go to the other terminal when we were at the correct one. There is nobody that can seem to tell you which terminal to go to prior to arriving at the airport so it doesn't help when someone provides misinformation at the airport while in line. Travel can already Be stressful.

Cons: The huge line up going through customs

Pros: Direct flight
Cons: Air Canada pricing is same as other non budget airlines like British airways, Lufthansa but service is on par with budget airlines like Ryan Air. I'm amazed how they get away with it.

Cons: Limited veg options in food for purchase. AC does not get it.

Pros: Safety belt actually fit around my waist - I am a bigger person
Cons: I was on isle staff kept on bumping into me (not purposely) They need to take time to ensure they are not bumping clients

Cons: Gate 91 was allocated on boarding pass. It was switched to 95 Android did not inform anyone of the 10 pax waiting at gate 91. We were informed by one of the passenger that went to figuer out how Come that only 10 pax waiting at gate 91

Cons: The amount of hand luggage taken on board is getting totally out of hand people are boarding with two or three huge bags.

Pros: Good organized
Cons: None

Pros: Crew was nice though not very professional.
Cons: Airplane quality Seat dimensions Food quality Allowing passengers to sit where they pleased Pay for food- embarrassing

Cons: Flight departing Toronto to Amsterdam was cancelled without adequate compensation. Flight was supposed to depart at 8:45. Was delayed repeatedly then cancelled at 11pm. Air canada wasn't able to get us a hotel voucher until 1:45 am and hotel check in at 2 am. Complete disruption of travel plans. Customer service at Toronto airport was terrible.

Pros: film selections are up to date with previously released films
Cons: one of the staff attitude was demeaning unhelpful maybe just because I was asian

Pros: Landing safely.
Cons: Air Canada agents said I could do frequent flyer miles, it turns out they won't count mine &I could have saved hours of effort & phone waiting time if they just had said that upfront. Air Canada will be about my last choice for long flights because of that.

Pros: I think a little more leg room compare to some economy flights.
Cons: I was very unhappy that I could not sit with my husband both ways when we booked the flight together. And we got middle seats which we hate and requested aisle seats. We were also initially placed extremely far away and I was able to change seats to at least being closer, but not together. There was a couple that was throwing a fit that they weren't sitting together in my husband's aisle. The water they provided came from a pitcher and not a bottle and it tasted nasty. I did ask for hot tea on one of the flights and was told they had nothing hot. My tray table was dirty. Sticky stuff on the buckle of the seatbelt. Used plastic cup by my seat when boarding.

Pros: The crew was great
Cons: The fact that all of our baggage has managed to disappear

Pros: The crew was fantastic, and checkin was a breeze.

Pros: Seats more comfortable than most.
Cons: Plane was pretty hot during boarding and taxiing

Pros: Plane seats were comfortable with decent headrests and reclining. First class looked roomy, but I was in economy.
Cons: There was water/condensation dripping from the roof onto my lap while I was sleeping, and I woke up with my entire thigh drenched. I was able to move to an open seat, but the "gentleman" (coughjerkcough) next to me obviously wasn't happy about the encroachment, so he coped by elbowing me in the side throughout the entire 5-hour flight. Every movement of his was an opportunity to punch me in the arm or shoulder, and I don't even take up that much space, so he was literally reaching over into my seat to do this. And, this portion of the plane was in a cold zone. I and the other passengers were cold (I heard others complAining about it too).

Cons: no snacks, no tea

Pros: It was a nice flight up the coast and there were no problems
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like about the flight.

Pros: Amazing leg room for my 6'1 partner on the regular seat.
Cons: My entertainment system was not working so I had to share my partners beside me.

Pros: The price, kayak beat every other website. Glad my friend suggested I try using it.
Cons: Sometimes a little bit confusing for which airline im suppose to go when there was a connecting flight.

Cons: flight delayed 4+ hours yet no text notifications whatsover

Pros: Left on time, arrived ontime, luggage made it
Cons: Despite having checked-in online, entered passport and global/precheck info, and used the kiosk at the airport to verofy passport, etc checking luggage was a huge inefficient mess. I've never seen this at a US airport on a US carrier.

Cons: Was disappointed that there were no food/snack options on a 6-hour international flight. Also no pillows or blankets on a redeye
