Cons: I sat next to a creepy intoxicated man during my flight and I was not helped out. When I first sat down he was speaking to me and trying to hit on me but I showed that I wasn’t interested. I didn’t even have to sit down to smell the alcohol on him. During the flight he tried to place his head on my shoulder and tried to get close to me. I was too worried to call for an attendant because he was intoxicated but when the attendants would come and offer us food I tried to make it clearly visible that I was anxious and uncomfortable and NOTHING. To make it worse they continued to serve him alcohol!!

Cons: I don’t want to give an excellent review because it leads to higher fares. But these people are pretty darn good we like to fly with them as much as possible. Two things can be corrected, however. Firstly the amount and size of carry on. If a bag or bundle looks really too big it really is too big. These people are so accommodating though they just let it go. Secondly, sometimes we check in early on line and we have a bag allowance. However, when printing a boarding pass at the airport if we say we are checking a bag the machine wants to charge for it. We always have to ask an attendant to clear this. Perhaps it’s time to fix this little issue. Like I said, I hate to give them an excellent rating because it makes it harder to get a good seat. The company is great and the folks working there are really great. Sorry to say.

I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA 4) At the LA airport I was told that I was not able to board the flight because I did not have the Canadian ETA. they said they would pull my checked luggages and flight them with my re-scheduled flight and will be shipped to the final destination Vancouver, Canada. when I arrived Vancouver, both suitcases were not arrived with my flight. One arrived with my original flight and the second were missing. The agent could not even tell me where the suitcase was. Moreover, the second did not arrive the time I was told it should arrive. My second suitcase was not allocated even before I left Vancouver to Europe one day after my travel. 5) No one responded to the luggage services number provided in the document. I could only successfully login to the link for the checking the status after I returned home in Brussels. 6) I was told that the second suitcase will be delivered to my home in Europe by another company. Currently I'm still waiting for my second suitcase.

After waiting 45 minutes at the carousel for the luggage and another 35 at the priority desk I was informed that the luggage was not coming on the next flight but the next day. They apparently had run out of overnight bags so I had to buy a toothbrush and a t-shirt at the airport to sleep in. Now normally I would pack a carry on with the basic essentials for such a situation but this was a direct fight with 3 follow flights to the same destination..... I have no idea who votes for Air Canada or how many votes it takes to win the awards they keep claiming but there is something wrong...

Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home.
Cons: I couldn't board the plane due to new documentation requirements for travelers transiting in Canada. I understand the rules of the internet fare (no returns, exchanges or cancellations) but the customer service was awful. They didn't offer me any other alternative but to loose full value of the ticket ($1700). Cons: At SFO it is always a mess when you take a flight because you can either be in International terminal - that would be logical, since this is a us Canada flight but at other times you need to go to the united ticket counter instead (even though I get sent between the counters often I can't remember if this is terminal 3) - The lady in line was trying to get my dad to leave this line to go to the other counter line without asking about his specific flight, it caused an argument in my travel party because they thought she was right and I insisted we stay in this line. The lady didn't even acknowledge what I was trying to say and kept telling my dad to go to the other terminal when we were at the correct one. There is nobody that can seem to tell you which terminal to go to prior to arriving at the airport so it doesn't help when someone provides misinformation at the airport while in line. Cons: Plane was pretty hot during boarding and taxiing
Pros: Plane seats were comfortable with decent headrests and reclining. First class looked roomy, but I was in economy.
Cons: There was water/condensation dripping from the roof onto my lap while I was sleeping, and I woke up with my entire thigh drenched. I was able to move to an open seat, but the "gentleman" (coughjerkcough) next to me obviously wasn't happy about the encroachment, so he coped by elbowing me in the side throughout the entire 5-hour flight. Every movement of his was an opportunity to punch me in the arm or shoulder, and I don't even take up that much space, so he was literally reaching over into my seat to do this. And, this portion of the plane was in a cold zone. I and the other passengers were cold (I heard others complAining about it too).
Cons: no snacks, no tea
Pros: It was a nice flight up the coast and there were no problems
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like about the flight.
Pros: Amazing leg room for my 6'1 partner on the regular seat.
Cons: My entertainment system was not working so I had to share my partners beside me.
Pros: The price, kayak beat every other website. Glad my friend suggested I try using it.
Cons: Sometimes a little bit confusing for which airline im suppose to go when there was a connecting flight.
Cons: flight delayed 4+ hours yet no text notifications whatsover
Pros: Left on time, arrived ontime, luggage made it
Cons: Despite having checked-in online, entered passport and global/precheck info, and used the kiosk at the airport to verofy passport, etc checking luggage was a huge inefficient mess. I've never seen this at a US airport on a US carrier.
Cons: Was disappointed that there were no food/snack options on a 6-hour international flight. Also no pillows or blankets on a redeye
