The entire process was smooth and easy and fast! I’d say the only negative was a few ants and a corn chip at the bottom of the trunk but overall very pleased and will rent again!Reviewed Oct 3 2026

Pickup and drop off were very easy. The car had a cigarette odor, but I was compensated for that when I dropped it off so it was a great experience overall.Reviewed Oct 3 2026

Car was good size. The drop off experience was good. The pickup was bad. They said they would pick us up at the port when we arrived. When I called they said “just call a cab”. Both Enterprise and the local office assured us of the pickup. They didn’t follow through.Reviewed Oct 2 2026

They were fast, efficient, pleasant, and helpful. I had made reservations at the wrong location and they transferred it for me quickly despite large crowds. They were fantastic!Reviewed Oct 1 2026

Great, the manager fixed what Kayak did. For that we are great full. Kayak showed a different car for Economy price. When we got to enterprise, the car was nowhere like the picture. They had the exact car in the parking lot but they considered that one SUV price. So it was false advertisement that drew us in and the Manager gave us a car that satisfied us for what Kayak did.Reviewed Sep 30 2026

I was very happy with Enterprise with the ease of the rental to the price of the rental and I was able to be picked up and brought back home when returning the rental. Thank you!! Eunice PerryReviewed Sep 29 2026
