It took more than an hour to get my car at the OKC airport. Neither of the 2 employees could get their tablets to work. Enterprise allows customers to reserve cars online that pick-up at airport locations and return to city locations. Apparently this isn't supported internally at Enterprise and causes all kinds of issues. I had to go back to the airport the next day to try to get my rental straightened out since phone customer support was useless. I returned the car to the agreed upon city location in Houston but they were unable to give me a receipt because of the aforementioned issue with picking up and dropping off at other locations. I was told I would be contacted by the OKC airport location but I returned several days ago and am still waiting. I've had great experience with Enterprise in the past but they shouldn't allow customers to book rentals that they can't support internally. This entire experience has been a fiasco with lots of wasted hours and phone calls.Reviewed Aug 23 2021
