Pros: There Vehicle Are clean inside and out ..But ???
Cons: When pickup the 2018 Nissan Altama At 4pm on july 20 2018 The vehicle was not full low on engine oil. Spend $ 22.00 to fill it up Then a 946 ML motor oil put in the engine because it was low Top up Windsheld washer. To that I can only say They do have there vehicle clean Tho. But someones should certainly Start checking there vehicle better Making sure there full of Gas and the engine oil his good There Windsheld washers are full Because We need to return there rental full when we return them .I like Enterprise In timmins renten Vehicle a lot of times from them But some reason They are now not lookingvafter there Vehicles Like they have in ther pass Im saying that because the last two vehicle there where thinks wrong Thank you

Cons: 1st reservation was for a 12pm pick up. Missed because the location closed at 12pm. Booked again online for a 3PM pick up at airport. I verified hours of operation open until 5pm. Went to airport at 3PM and they were closed. Had to leave 5 hours later than planned because I had to wait until the location opened again the next day at 9:45. 1st reservation would have cost me 154.00. 2nd one cost 210.00 up front. Now waiting for a refund on that one. 3rd and finally successful reservation was 175.00 which is still reasonable if you don't count the stress and frustration and fuel costs of going back and forth trying to pick up a rental. I am travelling for cancer surgery soon and am not looking forward to the car rental experience again.

Pros: Service was quick & painless at pickup. Called to extend the rental when plans changed, 5 min on the phone & it was done.
Cons: Booked a full sized truck, got a Tacoma but it worked.

None one at counter
Pros: Arrived at rental counter at 10am. Rental scheduled for 10am pickup. Waited 15mins for anyone the come to the counter. No one dos so I went to The next counter over. Enterprise guy showed as I was walking out with Avis keys.
Cons: I have rented with them at this airport before. Not sure what happens this time.
