AmazingPros:Ali, the gentleman who took us to our rental was very sweet. He struck up a conversation as we walked through the lot and was very helpful! He was also super cute an I wish I gave him my number ;)Cons:The desk girl tried checking me into the wrong reservation an then needed to get assistance from someone else instead of just asking for my reservation paperwork.Reviewed May 12 2017

Good value on rental, car quality not so greatPros:Very convenient rental process and helpful associates, smooth transition to get the car and return it.Cons:Quality of the car was not great, had some transmission issues that needed to be checked out and I informed the attendant upon return.Reviewed Feb 13 2017

So Easy!Pros:It was very easy on both ends to pick up (Ft Meyers) and drop off (W Palm Beach). No hassles on either end! The car was big enough for 4 adults plus a child in a car seat and all our luggage, gear and groceries (Nissan Altima).Cons:The upholstery in the car was pretty stained and the console could have been cleaner. It was clear that this car had been used quite a bit. But that took a little pressure off trying to keep it pristine over the week we had it. Florida for the HolidaysPros:It was very easy to pick up in Ft. Meyers and drop off in West Palm Beach! I thought this might be a hassle or expensive but it was easy and reasonably priced. The car (Hyundai Sonata) got great gas mileage and was plenty big enough for 4 adults and a child in a car seat plus luggage.Cons:My only negative comment is that the car could have been cleaner. Outstanding servicePros:Brand new car! Excellent customer service. East fast car check in and pickup. Even offered me a ride back without me even asking! Hertz never did any of these. Every car I've rented with Enterprise has been perfect! Every car I've rented from Hertz has had problems! (Tire blowout, smokey interior, etc etc). AAA++Cons:Hard to find location at airport, couldn't even find it with man on the phone, Google has incorrect location, but apparently they are in process of moving so that is in progress, understandable. I'm sure this will be corrected.Reviewed Nov 28 2016
