Enterprise was a the worst ever. Car was not ready at pick up time. They tried to give me a mini van when I had rented a SUV. Then was told to pick up 2 hours later, and 1 hour later was told that car I had rented out was not rentable because of some exhaust leak. This place is just the worst.Reviewed May 16 2024

Ok on the whole, but they charged me extra because apparently I didn’t return tank to 3/4 full, though it was above median. Also since I booked Enterprise via Expedia it turned out to be very difficult to 1) get in touch with Expedia and 2) change my pickup time (same day) in Montpellier. Both Expedia and Enterprise sent me to the other party. Impossible from US; same problem in Paris when I got there. Finally Enterprise said they’d do it if Expedia said ok. Even though the vehicle had been reserved months in advance, when I came to pick it up, on time, I might add, nothing was availble. All of their inventory was already out on loan. I had to wait for approximately 2 and a half hours in a stuffy subterranean Enterprise office in the Gare de Lyon, Paris without proper customer seating nor ventilation. The rental location was extremely hard to find due to a lack of signage and location instructions at the train station. Finally, when I did obtain my vehicle it was a much larger SUV then requested and it could barely make it through the narrow driveways in the subterrainian parking lot. The car arrived filthy with two of the logo letters dangling from the back tailgate. The employees were nice to me and did what they could do to help by getting the vehicle cleaned quickly and finding an office chair in the garage for me to sit in while I waited for the car to come back in “clean” condition. The drop off at Charles de Gaulle airport was simple and efficient.Reviewed May 15 2024

While I was able to make a reservation online. When I left the airport to pick up the car. The person at the Enterprise desk informed me that they had no vehicles available. This resulted in me being stuck outside security at the airport all night. If I had known no rentals were available, I would never have left the airport.Reviewed May 15 2024

The car itself was fine, other than the major crack all the way down the front windshield. I have experienced significant billing issues. I had a one way rental and have experienced significant overbooking. I dropped the car off on time, and three days later, the location I dropped off at had not closed out my reservation (according to my local location). I was informed my billing would be resolved. Since then, I have received three more charges, and now see I have been charged about $2.000 for a $109.00 trip. I get to spend more time today trying to sort this out and I am not happy.Reviewed May 15 2024

They could have had a car for me. When I got to the counter they had no cars to rent even though I had reserved online. First time I’ve had this problem. Thankfully one of the other agencies had a car for me.Reviewed May 15 2024
