Pros: The sales rep, Matt, was nice. Car was clean.
Cons: Matt charged me double what my Kayak estimate was.

Poor customer service
Cons: Was not a fan of the manager telling me to call back when they didn’t have a line to advise of an issue with the rental vehicle. Then when I wanted to extend the vehicle time, I was told that it was a problem because I advised them 15 minutes after the scheduled drop off time. The manager wanted me to wake up my 4 kids and bring it up there and be stranded until my husband got off work 6 hours later. Not a very good experience with the manager of the Williston Enterprise.

Cons: They didn't give me the rental, or a full refund on my 18$ for the insurance. I don't plan on using enterprise ever again.

No when I showed up but let me book online
Cons: They lied that they had inventory at their station and I did not receive a car from them. They should be sued for false marketing - It cost me $350 to take a cab to the nearest rental car station that had cars. I'm done with Enterprise.
