Cons:There was no Enterprise office at the address given, it was an empty building. I called customer service, and they said they would send someone over. I waited for over an hour in the very hit sun, then gave up and walked to a different rental agency.
It was a quick and seamless process all the way from checking out the car to returning it. Alfred was amazing to deal with and easily laid out everything for us while also providing us tips on places to visit, best practices driving in Tulum etc. we really appreciate all his help in simplifying the whole process. Would highly recommend Enterprise and Alfred for all your car rental needs in Tulum!
