Pros:Nothing!!!
Cons:From the time I have arived at the counter and until I got the keys it was a mess. There was a chaotic crowed waiting for cars with many arguments and bikering. The staff worked extremely slowly and did not try to manage the crowd. It is a contract agency that has nothing to do with the rental cats agencies and they service 4 companies (at least). I was given a vehicle with a different car rental company logo (Eldan). I will never rent again from Enterprise, National, Eldan or Alamo at Ben Gurion airport!

Cons:That the guy didn’t want to give me the size I was supposed to get! He gave me the smallest car possible and offered me for more money the car size I was supposed get for my reservation.

Cons:Total cost of car rental was quadruple the rate quoted in the reservation. Cancelled rental and went elsewhere.

Cons:1. waiting at the counter for over 45 minutes. 2. they charged me 100 more, because of mandatory insurance that was not mentioned anywhere. 3. they gave me a car with Robotic Gear. you drive on automatic gear but feels like a manual gear. 4. they said "you got a car with multimedia" - when in reality the car had an old radio disk

Cons:When renting out of Ben Gurion Airport, the car rental companies (including Enterprise) double the price of the car rental for insurance that can't be waived; they say it's a country law, however, if car rentals are done elsewhere and not at the airport, these fees are not encountered. Thus, it is not a law, it is a monopoly of supply/demand/convenience.

Pros:The lady at the front desk tried explaining the need for the increased amount. Tried...
Cons:At the pickup desk I found out that instead of $329 it'll cost me $752. Why? hidden charges. Two type of un-mentioned insurances and another airport fee. The car was beat up and scratched with no mentioning of any damage on the pickup report. Good thing I pointed them out. The driver's seat was burnt with cigarettes.
