Pros:the girl stayed until after 11pm when our plane arrived. supper
Pros:I arrived to pick up my car. The agent was super nice and very happy. (Definitely not what you expect at most rental car places) The car was ready and waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes...The agent escorted me to my car, checked it over with me, showed me all the bells and whistles...and i was on my way! WOW I would definitely recommend Enterprise!

Pros:Friendly staff, easy process, the vehicle was clean
Cons:I would recommend to do deoderize the car. The vehicle had a strong odor that was not pleasant. We had to use freshners to minimize the smell.
Cons:When our plane arrived there was no one at the counter. By the time some one showed up the line was at least 6 people deep. There was no sign or anything indicating what was going on. I was within seconds of going to a competitor who had someone at the counter. Same thing at drop off. After waiting a while I found a number to call because no one at counter and no sign indicating what to do.
Pros:Quick and easy
Cons:First , I reserved a mid size sedan. When I arrived to pick up car I was told they didn’t have any available and was offered a Jeep Wrangler. Second, the Jeep had a shaking, shimmy in the front. When I called enterprise and told them they told me they couldn’t find anything available for the next big town either but that I was welcomed to keep trying myself as I continued on my way.
Pros:Nothing
Cons:Not give my reservation away. You called and I didn’t answer, because I didn’t hear it so I called back and it was too late
Cons:Not a huge fan of the Tucson, but my experience with Enterprise was great.
Pros:Nothing the person at the desk didn’t really help me out it seems and gave me bs answers.
Cons:Update the website since it gives false information.
