Pros:Like the title says, the customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got a better car than we initially reserved because they had run out of our specific class, which is always nice. And the shuttle to the airport was dedicated to enterprise customers so there were not multiple stops. Very lovely

Cons:booked a car on kayak, showed up at quoted office. told no car avail. got driven to a place 3-5 miles away. lost about 1h until we could drive off. returned car 5h later. told all fine. receive email with bill 180% the price i was quoted on kayak. i repeatedly asked for no extra ensurance as i use my amex centurion. did not sign for extra ensurance either. walk back to office, apologethic yet loosing another 1h! waiting for manager from other branch to authorise refund. not impressed.

Cons:I reserved a car for Detroit airport, and when I went to that airport to pick up my car, I found out that your site switched me to another location. I'll never rent a car though KAYAK again. Lesson learned. What a horrible business model you've developed!!
