Cons:When I reserved I asked for pick up at airport when I arrived car rental was 30 minutes away- not happy

Cons:I never received the car because they ran out of available vehicles and never resolved the problem for me. I was stranded without a car at a time and in a place where all of the rental cars were sold out.

Pros:"Christina" was very kind and professional, always happy to answer questions. All the staff was friendly and great! Location easy to find and pick-up service was helpful.
Cons:Car could have been cleaner, especially the windshield, carpet and console. when you pay for a rental it should be clean! Also the gas tank was only 1/4 full which makes it inconvenient when you are doing a road trip to have to stop for full right away.

Pros:The car rental agent was very helpful and friendly. I got the car I needed and was on my way. Kelly also checked us in on the return trip and asked about my trip and the wedding II attended.
