Anonymous, Dec 2018 - Extended Stay America Select Suites - Nashville - Airport
Pros (+) The location was ok. Staff was always polite but intentionally never asked how was my stay.
Cons (-) The kitchen and bath area in my room were infested with roaches. From the moment I entered roaches kept coming out the walls and getting on the refrigerator, microwave, counter and even in the shower. None of which I was able to use. I had to shake all my clothes before I left and left them all in my suitcase throughout the stay. Also there is NO FREE BREAKFAST.. You get coffee and put out a tray ...

Cons (-) Got in from a late flight and stood outside the "lobby" in the rain for 10 minutes before someone would answer the phone and let me in to check in. Finally got to my room and the entrance light switch didn't work so struggled in the dark to find a light. No hair driers in the room-- very frustrating when you are there for an interview the next morning. Ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was go...

Pros (+) The staff were friendly but the light fixtures when you switch then on you got a spark. There were bugs in the room on the dresser and bathroom. The lights at night outside did not work so walking down the stairwell was completely dark. The calling in the room was coming apart from what must have been a water leak.

Pros (+) I was shocked at the cost of motels in the Nashville area, so I was grateful our room was ONLY $100. $60 would have been more appropriate.
Cons (-) Dirty floors, door needed repair, wireless is nonexistent, price was too high for the quality of the furniture in the room.

Pros (+) Courteous staff, convenient location.
Cons (-) No elevator, no phone/alarm clock in the rooms. Bedding was in line with a $19 roadside motel, pillows were completely flat and offered no support. I've stayed at this brand before and received much better amenities.

Cons (-) Vomit filled elevator on morning of 6/11/2016 when departing. Cigarette and ash filled halways and elevator , every day and night .

Pros (+) The location was just off the freeway, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. It didn't smell of smoke either.
Cons (-) There wasn't an elevator, housekeeping never came through with fresh towels, nor did they remake the bed. The toilet was broken and constantly filled because a seal in the tank was loose, and the shower didn't work the best. Don't plan on eating the breakfast that they provide as a way to be full, their grab and go breakfast was about as nutritious as a child's choices at McDonalds....

Cons (-) This was the WORST Hotel that I have EVER stayed in. When I checked in, the carpet was Nasty, the trash can under the sink was over flowing, I had a pillow with NO Pillow Case and the pillow had Big Stains all over it. The Walk Ways were littered with Cigarette Butts and trash, This Hitel was Disgusting!!!!
