Compact SUV

Very easy pick up and drop off process. Did not get the same type of car I requested but it worked and price was what I was quoted.

Pros:

I got off my flight and the counter was closed. A super nice agent with another company tried to find my keys and contract which were no where to be found. I am still working on a refund.

Cons:

You could have been open or at least had my stuff ready so someone else could have helped me.

Pros:

Check-in and check-out was very fast and efficient. We were upgraded to an SUV for free, which was a nice surprise. Overall, very pain-free experience.

Cons:

Nothing needed changed.

We arrived at 800p which was scheduled and they were closed. We could not get another car because everything was sold out. Had to pay for ubers and hotel

Cons:

It was the Ford Edge. Hard to lock up. Alarm went off! Alarm would not set up - spent 30 minutes trying to figure this one out. Finally after closing the rear opening on the SUV for the third time, the alarm was able to be set. So, it wasn’t Hertz, it was Ford who had a problem. I would NEVER buy a Ford Edge.
