Pros:I got off my flight and the counter was closed. A super nice agent with another company tried to find my keys and contract which were no where to be found. I am still working on a refund.Cons:You could have been open or at least had my stuff ready so someone else could have helped me.Reviewed May 26 2021

Cons:It was the Ford Edge. Hard to lock up. Alarm went off! Alarm would not set up - spent 30 minutes trying to figure this one out. Finally after closing the rear opening on the SUV for the third time, the alarm was able to be set. So, it wasn’t Hertz, it was Ford who had a problem. Pros:Saint John the desk attendant, when I picked up The car. He went above and beyond for me! He even brought the vehicle curb side for me! Van rentalPros:Picking up the vehicle was fast and easy. Everyone at the service counter was friendly and answered any questions I had, plus they explained everything. Turning the vehicle in, was painless! Very easy. Van was very clean and easy to drive, very comfortable for the long road trip.Reviewed Aug 8 2018

Pros:I liked the free upgrade from a Chevy spark to a Buick lacrosse.Cons:I didn't like the fact when I went to refill the car with gas before dropping off the car, the gas cap door would not open on the car. I read the Manuel and googled instructions on how to open it and now it would open. The car rental return location was closed so I could not explain to them, I called the road side service but they where of no asstince. So now I'm stuck paying 6.99 a gallon for Hertz to refill it for me.Reviewed Jul 2 2018
