I asked fir a compact and instead was upgraded to a pick-up truck.Cons:
I never drove a full-size pick-up truck before but the counter agent insisted that there is nothing left on the lot and there was no way to otherwise accomodate me.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Flew to Seattle and tried to pick up a reservation from 4 months ago and they didn't have it. I needed this to drive my 2 friends and I hours away to a concert. Another lady had the same problem while we were waiting. The lady working was nice but the company almost ruined my vacation. Had to rent a moving van from uhaul. It was cheaper, anyway.8.0 Very good

The website rental confirmation did not correspond to actual car availability. The rental confirmation did not actually exist.
