Staff was friendly, pick up was fastCons:
Received car with a dent Received car with chip on drivers side of windshield, obstructing view a little Outside of car was dirty Inside of car were noticeable scratches and missed dirty spots. Detail cleaning did not look professionally done compared to previously rented vehicles Car only little less than half filled with gas at pick up. Would have been helpful for staff to explain some features of cars technology such as the Apple CarPlay, the fact that wifi was not included though the car had an option for it.8.0 Very good

The gentleman who helped me when I had to go to the Frisco location in order to get an SUV.Cons:
The gentleman at the Rockwall location when I dropped off the car was unhelpful and accused me of causing damage to the vehicle that was there when I picked up the vehicle just because I could not locate my pink slip.10.0 Wonderful
